Abstract

The purpose of universal physical education is to develop cognitive, effective and psychomotor abilities of students. The current reality is that learning physical education, sports and health at SDN Jejangkit Timur has limited tools and facilities in learning activities, besides that learning is only carried out in a simple way using old patterns (lectures) so that the learning carried out is not achieved optimally. The purpose of the study was to improve the skills of passing down in mini volleyball games for fifth graders at SDN Jejangkit Timur. This type of research uses CAR. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method with data collection through initial evaluation and final evaluation of students' skills in passing down a mini volleyball game. The results of the study showed that the learning activity of passing under class V students in the 2018/2019 academic year with the results of calculations in data analysis through statistical testing obtained the results: to = 4.47 > ttable (0.05) of 1.68 so it can be stated that there is a significant difference between the results of the initial skill evaluation with the results of the final bottom passing skill evaluation. The conclusions of this study indicate that through this approach learning can improve the skills of students at SDN Jejangkit Timur in passing down a mini volleyball game after using modified tools in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the extent to which the Modified Turbo Simple media could increase the effectiveness of learning discus throwing in class VI SDN Jejangkit Timur. The research was conducted at SDN Jejangkit Timur. The population of this study were all 6th grade students of SDN Jejangkit Timur consisting of 12 male students and 10 female students enrolled in the 2017/2018 academic year. The research method is Classroom Action Research, in this research activities are carried out in the form of a research cycle. Each cycle consists of four main activities, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection, it can be seen that the first cycle of activity reaches 70%, then in the second cycle it reaches 85%, this means that there is an increase of 15% after treatment or improvement in the second cycle, so that the average the average student activity for two cycles is 75%. Referring to the indicator of student activity for two cycles, 75% has active criteria. In other words, students during the turbo throwing lesson with the simple turbo modification media move actively, either when they get assignments from the teacher or on their own initiative. The average learning completeness for the final attitude aspect reaches 85% of the boys. and girls reached 72.5%

Abstract

Physical Education is basically an integral part of the overall education system, Physical Education is an educational process that utilizes physical activity and is planned systematically aimed at improving individuals organically, neuromuscularly, perceptually, cognitively, socially and emotionally which focuses on developing aspects of physical fitness, skills movement, critical thinking skills, emotional stability, social skills, reasoning and moral action through physical activity. In the intensification of education as a process of human development that lasts a lifetime, the role of Physical Education is very important, namely providing opportunities for students to be directly involved in various learning experiences through systematic physical activities. The provision of learning experiences is directed at fostering, as well as forming a healthy and active lifestyle throughout life. There is no education that does not have pedagogical objectives, and there is no complete education without physical education, because motion as a physical activity is the basis for humans to know the world and themselves which naturally develops in line with the times and habituation of healthy lifestyles that lead to to stimulate balanced growth and development.
