Abstract

Water is a basic need for life, especially for humans who always need water throughout their lives. The human body is mostly made up of water. Household waste is waste that comes from kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, household industrial waste and human waste. the majority of the population in Siabu Village do not know how to manage waste and the majority of waste water disposal facilities are inadequate. Health Counseling Regarding the Importance of Household Wastewater Sewerage in Siabu Village, Salo District, which can be identified in several specific problems, namely: Is there an effect of Health Counseling Regarding the Importance of Wastewater Sewerage for Communities in Siabu Village, Salo District. However, after participating in community outreach activities, they will be able to find out the type of wastewater, where the wastewater comes from, how to manage wastewater and the impact of wastewater on health. Health education activities (counseling) about the importance of sewerage in general went smoothly. The counseling participants were representatives of residents, RT heads and health cadres, as many as 82 people. The place used for this activity is the Siabu Village Hall. This activity will be carried out using several methods, namely asking questions and answering questions to participants. . With this counseling, it is hoped that there will be sustainable activities so that it can further increase public knowledge. Keywords : wastewater ; Counseling

Abstract

Food is one of the necessities in human life which is essential for the process of growth and development as well as the basis for maintaining health, both for children and adults. Every food that enters our body can affect metabolism and blood composition in the body. It is not uncommon to find snacks that are traded around the school containing additional substances such as preservatives and food coloring. Snacking habits in children are closely related to the economy and the level of knowledge of children and parents regarding the selection of healthy and nutritious snacks. Community Service provides health education regarding the importance of healthy and nutritious snacks which can be identified in several specific issues, the effect of health education on the importance of healthy and nutritious snacks. The importance of counseling is to increase students' knowledge about the importance of healthy and nutritious snacks for health and to encourage the implementation of a healthy snack program by establishing a canteen that only provides healthy and nutritious snacks. Abstract

Complaints of dyspepsia is a clinical condition that is often encountered in daily practice. The term dyspepsia started from being intensively promoted since the late 80s, which describes a complaint or a collection of symptoms (syndrome) consisting of pain or discomfort in the epigastrium, nausea, vomiting, bloating, early satiety, full stomach, belching, and a feeling of discomfort. radiating heat in the chest. Dyspepsia usually begins with bad habits breakfast, breakfast for teenagers, should be useful, because school time is an activity that requires energy and calories are quite large. The negative impact of not having breakfast can be an imbalance in the central nervous system followed by dizziness, shaking, or feeling tired. this can also trigger dyspepsia, because during 12 hours of sleep the body fasts all night, and in the morning it is in the first stage of feeling hungry so that the stomach which is still in the stage can increase stomach acid levels so that it can trigger dyspepsia. The purpose of this community service knowledge is to increase adolescents about dyspepsia and how to prevent dyspepsia. The method used is counseling with lectures, discussions, questions and answers and demos. The results of the 61 adolescents at SMAN 1 Kampar who participated in the counseling found that most of the adolescents were given better counseling after counseling than before counseling about dyspepsia. Abstract

The waste problem is one of the important problems faced by Indonesia. However, people's understanding of the importance of waste management is still not ideal. The importance of education regarding waste management needs to be done early on so that the harmful effects of waste can be reduced. For this reason, the purpose of this community service activity is to create awareness and increase children's basic school knowledge about the importance of sorting waste according to its type. Method This community service activity is in the form of counseling and hands-on practice, where the children of SD Negeri 008 Salo are directly taught to sort waste and put the waste in the organic or non-organic bins that have been provided. The result of this community service is increased knowledge about waste management and the application of basic schooling by children starting from their own environment and daily life. Suggestions for further community service activities can be directed to the practice of how to process and recycle organic and non-organic waste. Abstract

Dyspepsia caused by bad habits such as not having breakfast, the habit of consuming food and drinks, such as eating spicy, sour, drinking coffee, and carbonated drinks. Breakfast for teenagers is very important because when they are active they need a lot of energy and calories and if they consume too often and drinks that can trigger food acids, it will cause dyspepsia. Data in Kampar Regency in 2021 the number of dyspepsia cases is 9120 cases, Bangkinang Village is 122 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between skipping breakfast, types of food and beverages that trigger stomach acid with the incidence of dyspepsia in adolescents aged 15-19 years in Bangkinang village in 2021. This type of research is descriptive correlation with cross sectional research design. The population of this study was 488 adolescents aged 15-19 years who lived in Bangkinang Village. By displaying the sample using simple random sampling. From the Chi-Square test, it was found that there was a relationship between not having breakfast, the type of food and drink that triggers stomach acid and the incidence of dyspepsia (pv = 0.001). Research provides information from health workers to the public about the importance of the morning and the importance of choosing the types of food and drinks that are good for stomach health. Abstract

An increase in the amount of waste without improvement and an increase in waste processing facilities and infrastructure has created complex waste problems. Education about garbage disposal should be given to everyone possible, so that children are more concerned about the environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recycle games on increasing the knowledge of children in grades 2-3 at SDN 001 Salo Timur Village, Salo District in 2022. This type of research was a quasi-experimental design experiment with pretest and posttest approaches. The research was conducted on October 4-26 2022 with 73 respondents in grades 2-3 and a sample of 15 children in grades 2-3 at SDN 001 Desa Salo Timur using random sampling technique. Data collection used questionnaires pretest, posttest and the Recycle Game application. The data analysis used was Univariate and Bivariate analysis. The results of the study were based on pretest and posttest tests of children's knowledge before being given the recycle game treatment, most of the students had bad knowledge of 10 people (66.7%) and those who had good knowledge were 5 people (33.3%), whereas after being given the same treatment 3 people (20.0%) have poor knowledge and 12 people (80.0%) have good knowledge. Abstract

Obesitas atau kelebihan berat badan adalah akumulasi lemak yang berlebihan akibat ketidakseimbangan kronis antara asupan energi (Energy Intake) dan pengeluaran energi (Energy Expenditure). Faktor penyebab obesitas pada masa remaja adalah makan makanan cepat saji dan aktifitas fisik yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan mengkonsumsi makanan cepat saji (fast food) dan aktifitas fisik dengan kejadian obesitas pada remaja di Wilayah Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal bulan Agustus tahun 2023. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 100 remaja dengan teknik Accidental Sampling. Alat mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara mengkonsumsi makanan cepat saji (fast food) dan aktifitas fisik dengan kejadian obesitas pada remaja di Wilayah Kecamatan Bangkinapng Kota P-value 0,00 (?0,05). Diharapkan remaja dapat menjaga pola hidup lebih baik lagi, dan mengurangi konsumsi makanan fast food yang berlebihan dan rajin melakukan aktifitas fisik agar tidak berdampak pada obesitas di usia muda.
