Abstract

ABSTRAK Konseli adalah peserta didik sekolah yang membutuhkan bantuan pelayanan konseling, untuk mencapai hal tersebut dibutuhkan identifikasi nilai-nilai pribadi agar tugas perkembangan konseli dapat berjalan dengan baik, salah satu diantara identifikasi nilai-nilai tersebut adalah berdasarkan kisah kepahlawanan pejuang Dayak. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dimana peneliti memiliki peran sebagai instrumen kunci, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi serta triangulasi data, analisis data diraih dengan mengkombinasikan seluruh hasil pengumpulan data untuk selanjutnya ditarik kesimpulan berupa makna dan proposisi. hasil dan pembahasan adalah identifikasi nilai-nilai berdasarkan kisah kepahlawanan pejuang Dayak berupa falsafah Huma Betang, Isen Mulang, dan Mamut Menteng, konseli dapat menyerap nilai-nilai tersebut untuk selanjutnya membentuk identitas kepribadian yang ideal. Kata Kunci: Identifikasi, Nilai-nilai, Pribadi, Konseli, Pejuang Dayak.

Abstract

Kombucha tea has become a trendy drink and is in demand by consumers because it has many health benefits. However, the fermentation of kombucha also produces ethanol or alcohol. Halal status has become a global issue. No exception for kombucha tea products. The purpose of this study was to examine the health benefits, alcohol content and halal certification of kombucha tea. The method approach used is the literature study method. The results of the study indicate that kombucha tea is a fermented drink that has an effect on the health of the human body by having biological activities such as antioxidants, antimicrobials, antidiabetic, anticancer, hepaprotective and anti-inflammatory properties. The alcohol content in kombucha tea can be consistently below 0.5% if the kombucha manufacture meets certain standard and standard processes. Kombucha tea in Indonesia has products that have received halal certification.

Abstract

Kombucha is a fermented beverage made from tea and sugar. Kombucha has benefits for the health of the body, this is due to various kinds of content including antioxidants, antibacterial, intestinal detoxification, lowering blood pressure and increasing body immunity. Kombucha is a drink that contains alcohol content at the end of the fermentation process. This is problematic because the majority of Indonesian consumers are Muslims who require halal food standards based on the regulations of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). The research method used is a laboratory test with a treatment design that is designed based on chemical test procedures. The conclusion of the study is that based on the results of tests conducted at the health laboratory in the city of Tangerang, the results of the ethanol/alcohol content of 0.055 percent in kombucha drinks. Thus the test results have met the MUI regulations where fermented drinks must be below 0.5 percent to be declared a halal drink.
