Abstract

Until now the promotion of libraries still occupy the position of caretaker (minor) in information science education and libraries in various universities in Indonesia. Therefore, do not be surprised if then the production unit called the library can stagnate and out of business. The development of blog-based libraries will expand the potential of the user base, while the use of freeware-databases is sufficient to be the backbone of library automation. Meanwhile, the promotion of libraries through social networks can be one of the library marketing tools today, especially to seize the youth segment. Facebook and Twitter from the library can serve as a media campaign and help in the development of reading interest. Things that can be promoted through Social Media: 1) Promoting library presence 2) Promoting library collections 3) Achieving excellent service to the community 4) Providing education to the community.

Abstract

Kitab Kuning Sebagai Literatur Keislaman Dalam Konteks Pesantren. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah studi literatur. Kitab kuning menjadi salah satu sistem nilai dalam kehidupan pesantren. Karena itu, pembelajaran dan pengkajian kitab kuning  menjadi nomor satu dan merupakan ciri khas pondok pesantren. Kitab kuning menjadi sesuatu yang substansial sebagai rujukan. Kitab Kuning merupakan literatur keislaman di lembaga pendidikan Islam khususnya pesantren. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengajaran Kitab Kuning yaitu dengan sorogan dan bandongan. Kritik terhadap kitab kuning perlu dilakukan agar pemahaman terhadap konteks kekinian atau kesesuiain masalah terhadap zamannya bisa diterapkan.Kata Kunci : Kitab Kuning; Literatur Keislaman; Pesantren

Abstract

Abstact: Digital Literacy Process for Children: Educational Challenges in the Age of Now. The method used in writing this article is the study of literature. Digital literacy is an important pillar for the future of education. Digital literacy is a knowledge base, which is supported by integrated information technology. The purpose of writing this article is to know the important elements in digital literacy and the digital literacy process for children. Nine important elements in the world of digital literacy, namely: Social Networking, Transliteracy, Maintaining Privacy, Managing Digital Identity, Creating Content, Organizing and Sharing Content, Reusing / repurposing Content, Filtering and Selecting Content. Self Broadcasting. Digital literacy process for children through several stages, namely: 1) Digital literacy movement in the family, 2) Digital literacy in the school literacy movement, 2) Digital literacy movement in the community. Abstrak: Proses Literasi Digital Terhadap: Tantangan Pendidikan di Zaman Now. Artikel ini ditulis dengan metode study literarure. Literasi digital merupakan basic pengetahuan yang disupport oleh tekonologi informasi yang saling terhubung. Penulisan artikel ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk memahami bagian-bagian penting dalam literasi digital dan prosedur literasi terhadap anak. Sembilan bagian dalam dunia literasi digital, yaitu social networking, transliterasy, maintaining privasi, managing digital identity, creating content, organizing and sharing content, reusing/repurposing content, filtering and selecting content, self broadcasting. Proses literasi digital terhadap anak memalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu: 1) gerakan literasi digital di dalam keluarga 2) literasi digital dalam gerakan literasi sekolah 3) gerakan literasi digital di dalam masyarakat.
