Perkembangan teknologi telekomunikasi dan informatika (telematika) berjalan dengan sangat pesat di era modern ini. Perkembangan tersebut telah menciptakan suatu revolusi mutakhir yang biasa disebut dengan revolusi informasi. Beberapa hal yang membuat teknologi banyak di sukai di berbagai kalangan karena sebagian besar mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Salah satu kelebihan dari sistem komputerisasi ialah menghasilkan informasi secara relevan, tepat waktu dan akurat. Mengelola sebuah persediaan barang dengan teliti dan terjadwal memberikan suatu dampak efektifitas kinerja dari setiap perusahaan dan meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap konsumen agar lebih baik. Agar lebih mempermudah staff dalam membuat laporan data obatnya.Dengan adanya aplikasi penjualan dan persediaan obat yang diusulkan mampu menghasilkan informasi yang cepat, dan tepat waktu sehingga memudahkan dalam pengolahan data penjualan obat dan data stok obatnya. perancangan sebuah sistem informasi persediaan data obat diharapkan dapat membantu pengguna dalam hal ini bagian persediaan untuk mengetahui informasi data stok dan transakasi pada persediaan obat secara efektif dan detail sampai dengan laporan persediaan dan informasi obat per kategori.

Advances in information technology have grown very rapidly so that it can help the performance of a company or government agency, one of which is interactive multimedia technology. The profiles of the Batam City Investment Service and PTSP agencies in hardcopy form are no longer feasible to be used as information media. With the use of Adobe Flash CS6 profiles can be run on computer or smartphone media and become a special attraction for recipients of information because of the animation. The design of interactive multimedia profiles of the Batam Investment Office and PTSP using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method. The author hopes to produce Interactive Multimedia Design Profile of the Batam City Investment Office and PTSP to be more effective and innovative. So that it can make it easier for people in this digital era to find out related information at the Batam City Investment Office and PTSP.

The design of the Web-Based Teacher Performance Assessment Monitoring Application at SMA IT Imam Syafi'i is an application to support the performance of related agencies. Lack of data collection and the absence of supporting applications and data that are still stored in archives and computers manually. This system is designed based on website using html, css programming language and MySQL database. While the development of the research system uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method with the stages of requirements, workshop design, and implementation. This application serves as a method for determining the application of monitoring techniques in the academic assessment of teacher performance. With this designed system, it will be easier for agencies to monitor the academic assessment of teacher performance. And the need to make a teacher performance evaluation report.

Analysis Of Services Standards And Workers Productivity Using Work Sampling Method At Xyz Store Okta Veza

The industrial era is now getting stricter in terms of job search criteria, so employees must improve consistency and ability to understand the work system well. Population Service is one of the public service organizations that serves the community in managing Identity Cards (KTP), Family Cards (KK). Work performance is one of the key elements in determining the success of the implementation of a service process. One method that can be used in employee performance analysis is the job sampling method. From the research sampling conducted for 5 days, 158 files were received, and the target set was 150. Based on the background above, it is not known whether the employee is productive or not, and how long the employee took to collect data. . To find out the performance of civil service employees at the Batam City Population Service. Based on the calculation of the standard time using the work sampling method with the Westinghouse adjustment factor, the standard time needed to serve the making of a KTP or KK is 3.79 minutes and the total productive is 401 or 93% and the non-productive is 31 or 7%. So that it can be said that the performance of public service employees at the Batam City Population Service Office is included in the productive group.
