Abstract

The library is a room managed by an educational institution that provides various kinds of book collections. School is a building or institution for learning and teaching facilities and infrastructure as well as a place for students to receive and give lessons. Technological developments are increasingly cutting-edge, as well as developments in library empowerment today. The library provides a wide collection of information books to read, ranging from textbooks, story books, magazines and others. All collections of these books can be read in the library or borrowed for a certain period of time. In general, libraries only have books that are stored on the shelves of the building or library room, but in today's technological developments use the library by archiving collections of books in the form of digital archives or better known as e-books. Currently, within the scope of education, a quality information system is developed to manage books and provides many benefits such as providing information that can be monitored and can help schools related to the IBNU SINA SMP library web application.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telekomunikasi dan informatika (telematika) berjalan dengan sangat pesat di era modern ini. Perkembangan tersebut telah menciptakan suatu revolusi mutakhir yang biasa disebut dengan revolusi informasi. Beberapa hal yang membuat teknologi banyak di sukai di berbagai kalangan karena sebagian besar mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Salah satu kelebihan dari sistem komputerisasi ialah menghasilkan informasi secara relevan, tepat waktu dan akurat. Mengelola sebuah persediaan barang dengan teliti dan terjadwal memberikan suatu dampak efektifitas kinerja dari setiap perusahaan dan meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap konsumen agar lebih baik. Agar lebih mempermudah staff dalam membuat laporan data obatnya.Dengan adanya aplikasi penjualan dan persediaan obat yang diusulkan mampu menghasilkan informasi yang cepat, dan tepat waktu sehingga memudahkan dalam pengolahan data penjualan obat dan data stok obatnya. perancangan sebuah sistem informasi persediaan data obat diharapkan dapat membantu pengguna dalam hal ini bagian persediaan untuk mengetahui informasi data stok dan transakasi pada persediaan obat secara efektif dan detail sampai dengan laporan persediaan dan informasi obat per kategori.

Abstract

Praktek Kerja Industri merupakan kegiatan yang wajib diikuti oleh setiap siswa SMK sebagai bentuk dari pengimplementasian ilmu ataupun sebagai penambah wawasan tentang dunia kerja yang akan mereka hadapi kedepannya. kebanyakan sekolah SMK memiliki program keahlian lebih dari satu dan terdiri dari beberapa kelas. Tentu saja terdapat tugas sekolah tersendiri dalam mendistribusikan tiap siswanya untuk melaksanakan praktek kerja industri secara menyeluruh. Bagian terkait yang bertugas juga dituntut untuk menyajikan kebutuhan data dan informasi agar dapat mengurangi kerancuan seperti dalam proses pengajuan. Sistem informasi praktek kerja industri diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pihak sekolah dalam monitoring maupun mengolah data dan informasi, sistem informasi monitoring prakerin berbasis web berada pada kategori sangat valid, sehingga layak digunakan untuk uji coba lapangan terhadap pengguna, kepraktisan dan keefektifan sistem informasi monitoring prakerin berbasis web pada saat uji coba lapangan berada pada kategori sangat praktis dan sangat efektif sehingga layak digunakan dan memberikan manfaat bagi pengguna untuk pengelolaan serta pelaksanaan prakerin di SMK Ibnu Sina Batam.

Abstract

Arrangement of goods in conventional containers takes a long time and relies on the skills of employees or employees. The result of this method is very dependent on the condition of the employee. From the above background, it is necessary to build a computerized system that helps companies to optimize the pattern of arranging goods in containers whose solutions can be searched by genetic algorithms. Genetic algorithm as a search solution method based on natural selection to get an individual with the best gene arrangement, is able to provide a solution on how the pattern of goods arrangement is optimized through an iterative process for several generations with operators namely reproduction, crossing over, and mutation. By entering the input in the form of space and item specifications along with the genetic algorithm operator probability, the genetic process will find a pattern of arrangement of items based on the best fitness or value, i.e. the less empty space is left.

Abstract

The internet is currently growing rapidly. The need and rapid development in the use of the internet network requires a balance in the provision of internet facilities. Internet standard service is the continuity of the connectivity of the internet. Connections from the internet are required to always be maintained under any conditions, but not always connectivity will run smoothly, many obstacles or disturbances are encountered so that the connection does not run smoothly. Then backup management is needed from the continuity of the connection from the internet, so that if one connection is interrupted, there will be backups. One thing that can be done is to use a load balancing system. Based on the tests carried out in this study resulted in the optimal application of load balancing. The application of load balancing can run without changing the existing network, and make connections run more optimally if there is an increase in network traffic accidents due to the balanced distribution of connection lanes. Judging from the speed of network access, it is necessary to use a load balancing system. Where to run without changing the speed of the existing network and need to optimize the network.

Abstract

The success of educational programs in the teaching and learning process is strongly influenced by several factors, such as students, curriculum, educators and educational agents, funds, facilities and infrastructure as well as environmental factors. One of the factors that support the success of educational programs in the learning process is educational facilities and infrastructure. Abstract

This study aims to design a management system that can assist staff of SMP Ibnu Sina Batam in storing and collecting incoming and outgoing mail data online. Because there is no document management system related to correspondence storage, it is necessary to design a system. The object of this research is the admin and administrative staff of SMP Ibnu Sina, the modeling method used in the system is Unified Modeling Language (UML) while the system research development method uses Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD). The purpose of this research is to provide a solution in helping the Administration of SMP Ibnu Sina Batam in saving files online and numbering letters automatically and helping admins in doing their jobs so that they can complete their work properly and can store data safely. The data collection method used is by conducting interviews and collecting various sources, namely library research, observation. The conclusion in this study is that it is hoped that this system can be implemented by admins and other employees to facilitate performance.

Abstract

This study discusses the design of homestay information systems, information systems are computer applications that are used for businesses related to the business world, especially in data and information storage and processing systems so that they can run their business easily and smoothly. Homestay is a residence where several rooms are rented out to guests for a certain period of time to learn about a particular culture or local routine. Homestay District. Batu Aji which has 21 rooms Currently in Batu Aji only about 30% of the rooms have been occupied by room tenants, since the Covid-19 pandemic and the absence of promotional media from Homestay is less well known to the general public resulting in many unfilled rooms. So it is necessary to design a system and digital information technology and are expected to be able to provide solutions to the problems that exist in homestay rentals.
