Abstract

The potential of the historical and cultural society at the state of Nusaniwe with potential for agro-tourism, nature tourism potential that Pintu Kota Beach, Felawatu beach, Bethesda Beach, natural scenery of Gunung Dua, Lapoci and waterfalls Laponot. The latter is a country with tourist potential Latuhalat Santai Beach, Namalatu Beach, Sumber Jaya Beach and Tanjung Batu Konde beach. While seasonal travel is labor time culture. As for the tourism potential of the cultural history of the community, Batu Bicara, and Clump Bamboo Baduri. The aim of the research is identifying potential tourist attraction in Peninsula Nusaniwe comprehensively, analyze the economic value attraction Nusaniwe Peninsula, analyze the relationship between socioeconomic peninsula Nusaniwe with ODTW and Ecotourism Management Formulate strategies based on economic value and social area. The method used is (1) travel cost method to calculate the economic value of the tourist area, (2) the method of Chi-square to see the relationship with the community characteristics ODTW (3) exponential comparison method (MPE) to formulate priorities Ecotourism development strategy. The results showed that the tourism potentials in the Peninsula Nusaniwe namely to State Amahusu the tourism potential of the coast is Batu Capeu, Batu Lubang, Waititei Beach, Pasir Putih Beach. Based on chi-square analysis shows that there is a relationship between family income through community participation towards ODTW. Priorities ODTW development strategy is the development of supporting infrastructure Optimization of travel (22,26%), ecotourism Develop sustainable policies (20,56), improve coordination between government and stakeholders managing ecotourism (18,30), creation of a conducive investment climate (14,95%), strengthening of human resource capacity in the utilization ODTW (13,40%), Improving access to information and the promotion of communications (10,53%).

Abstract

Analysis of Land Cover Change Mangrove in Western Part of Seram Regency, Maluku. The aim of this study is analyzing land cover change of mangrove in Western Part of Seram Regency Maluku. Results of image Landsat 7 ETM + overlay indicated that mangrove forests area in Western Part of Seram in two years was decreased approximately 174 ha or 7.4%. This affected mangrove land cover changes, because of mangrove exploitation by local communities, expansion of settlements, plantations and clearing The low public education level study sites became the main obstacle in improving their knowledge about the importance of mangrove forestecosystems. Low education level impacted public perception on the lack of mangrove conservationimportance so that they used mangrove forests to fullfill their needs.

Abstract

Eucalyptus oil venture which developed in the working area of Production Forest Management Unit (KPHP) Model Unit III Wae Tina, is one of the livelihood for generations have grown by farmers white wood craftsmen. In conducting the research study analyzes the economic value added (economy value added) to measure the financial performance of farmers eucalyptus oil in the working area KPHP Model Unit III Wae Tina, there are two villages in the research samples, the Village and the village of Stone Jungku Pela. Eucalyptus oil processing performed by farmers artisans in both villages are still in the scale of household businesses with simple processing techniques, and the resulting oil production is still very limited. Thus also influence the level of prosperity and stability craftsmen farmers financially. Yields of eucalyptus leaves which are then processed into eucalyptus oil by local farmers, in terms of financial yield considerable benefits for farmers and landowners employees who worked as eucalyptus oil processing. From the calculation of economy value added (EVA) obtained value is 301 222 845, where the results showed that the economy added value is greater than zero (EVA> 0). This means that companies in this case eucalyptus oil farming communities that are part of the Model Unit III Wae KPHP Tina in business operations run eucalyptus oil are added value. In other words, eucalyptus oil business is conducted with the production and distribution of products can be quite good because it can produce added value for entrepreneurs that can serve as indicators to measure the success and future business continuity.

Abstract

The Benefits of mangrove ecosystems are varied, it can be seen from the ecological aspect, economic , social and protection functions. Mangrove forests can be found along the coastal area of Sorong city, the density of the mangrove forests forest are variaed with the total mangrove area on site research 101 ha, current conditions shows that it is necessarily need a strategy in management mangrove, with the aim of priority strategies can analyze mangrove management. Then in the analysis using the method of comparison of the exponential (MPE), menjukan that the research results from the analysis of the stretegi mangrove management developments, of the factors that influence that is a major ecological 45.54%, and of the actor who portrays in the management of mangrove forests that is the Government amounting to 50.89%. So the priority strategy in the management of controlling management plan and a plan of action in the management of mangroves of 32.84%..

Abstract

Air terjun Manusama merupakan suatu kawasan objek air terjun alami yang saat ini mendapat perhatian pemerintah daerah dalam pengembangan. Sebagai langkah awal dalam pengembangan objek ekowisata, terlebih dulu harus diketahui persepsi dan peran serta masyarakat terkait pengembangan. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis persepsi dan peran serta masyarakat Desa Ureng Dalam Pengembangan Air Terjun Manusama. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dalam bentuk data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer merupakan data observasi dan wawancara terkait bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan objek, dan pengisian kuisioner terkait persepsi dalam pengembangan. Sedangkan data sekunder terkait bentuk partisipasi dalam laporan desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat dalam pengembangan objek dan atraksi berada pada kriteria setuju (S) dengan nilai (3475,2), persepsi dalam pengembangan fasilitas memiliki nilai (3301,3) dengan kriteria sesuai (S) dan persepsi dalam pengembangan aksesibilitas dengan nilai (3830,2) berada pada kriteria sangat sesuai (SS). Hasil penilaian partisipasi masyarakat dalam perencanaan memiliki kriteria sesuai (S) dengan nilai (3002,4), sedangkan hasil penilaian partisipasi dalam pengelolaan memiliki kriteria sangat sesuai (SS), dengan nilai (3864,4).

Abstract

Analysis of the economic value of mangrove forests in Kotania Bay, West Seram District is important to study. Mangrove forest ecosystems are often regarded as public property resources that can be used by anyone without regard to its sustainability aspects. Over-utilization results in the depletion of mangrove forest resources and the ability of ecosystems to provide environmental services is decreasing. The low knowledge of the local community for the potential of mangrove forests as an economic source, it is necessary to do an economic valuation of the magnitude and benefits of mangrove forests. The Methods used in this study is Total Economic Value (TEV) based on direct benefits, indirect benefits and the optional benefits. The results showed that the direct benefits of economic value is IDR 318,360,000 / year (44%), indirect benefits is IDR 243,468,473 / year (34%), optional benefits is IDR 163586,356 / year (22%) while the TEV is IDR 725,414,829 / year.
