Abstract

Abstract. The objectives of this studu are to: a) describe the perception ofthe principals leadership, achievement motivation, compensationand performanceof teachersin Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara Sayung Sub District in Demak District. b) determinethe effect ofthe perception ofprincipal’sleadership, achievement motivation, andcompensationto theperformance of teachersin Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara Sayung Sub District in Demak Districteither partiallyor simultaneously. Data  analysisusing multilinear regression. The study populationwasallcivil servantsteachersin Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara Sayung Sub District in Demak District50 peopletotally whooncedefinedasthe study sample. Results: 1)the results ofthe description statistic analysisvariable perception of principalleadership, achievement motivation, andcompensationare quite good, while the teachersperformance isgood. 2)themultiple linear regression analysisshowedvariableperception of principalleadership, achievement motivation, andcompensation partiallyhas positive effect onteacher performanceand simultaneouslyalso has positive effects onteachers performance.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: a) mendeskripsikan persepsikepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi, kompensasi dan kinerja guru Negeri di Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara Kecamatan Sayung Kabupaten Demak. b)mengetahuipengaruh persepsi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru Negeri di Gugus Ki HajarDewantara Kecamatan Sayung Kabupaten Demak baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda.Populasi penelitian semua guru PNS SD negeri di Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara Kecamatan Sayung Kabupaten Demak berjumlah 50 orang yang sekaligus ditetapkan sebagaisampel penelitian.Hasil penelitian: 1) hasil analisis statistik deskripsi variabel persepsi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi, dan kompensasi hasilnya cukup baik, sedangkan kinerja guru baik. 2) analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan variabel persepsi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi, dan kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru dan secara simultan juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.Kata-kata Kunci: principalleadership, achievement motivation, compensation,andteachers performance.
