Abstract

Investing is a very profitable activity if it is carried out properly and correctly based on the right considerations, but investing can not only have a good impact it can also have a bad impact because of errors in seeing the ability of the company to analyze important things related to impact. the continued operation of a company, decisions in investment are not only profitable but can be detrimental, can be likened to two interrelated coins so it is necessary to know several factors on the company's ability in the financial literature, risk tolerance and risk management ability of a company, each criterion affects the assessment of decisions investment, investment also helps companies in the pace of operations of a company. Abstract

Learning is a two-way activity carried out by teaching staff and students carried out in a learning environment. Learning that is carried out online at universities is assisted by a media or it can also be called learning media. Learning motivation is a psychological driving force from within a person to be able to carry out learning activities and increase skill experience. The purpose of the study was to see whether online learning and the use of learning media had an influence on students' learning motivation. Where in this study using quantitative research methods by testing using SPSS. The results in the H0 study were rejected, which means that online learning has no effect on research motivation. H1 is accepted where online learning media has an influencing role on motivation for students. And overall the variables have a stimulant effect on student motivation with the acceptance of H3 research

Abstract

Inflation is an increase in the prices of goods and services on an ongoing basis. The research objective was to determine the effect of inflation and interest rates on economic growth in Indonesia. The research data comes from time series data, namely from 2003 - 2022. Where the data is obtained from various sources, such as www.bi.go.id, www.bps.go.id and www.kemenkeu.go.id. In this study, researchers conducted research with quantitative methods. Data analysis is statistical in nature with the aim of testing the research hypothesis that has been set previously. In this study used multiple linear regression analysis method. Multiple linear regression using SPSS 22 software. The results of this study are that inflation has a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia, obtained tcount = 0.895 < ttable = 1.734. Interest rates have an effect on economic growth in Indonesia, where tcount = 0.056 < ttable = 1.734. While inflation and interest rates together affect economic growth in Indonesia, the value of Fcount = 4,618 is greater than the value of Ftable = 2.57.
