Abstract

Background: Satisfaction is the degree of one's feelings after comparing the performance or results which felt with expectations. In this case the patient satisfaction as a benchmark the quality of Sleman hospital where the vision and mission is a quality health service delivery. Especially for compliance using SOP, the Sleman hospital is part of the process of achieving Satisfaction Patient Diabetes Mellitus User BPJS PBI at Sleman Hospital. Objective:Knowing the relationship between compliance procedures care diabetic ulcers with satisfaction the patient diabetes mellitus user BPJS PBI at Sleman Hospital. Methods:This research is research non experiment using the design descriptive correlative.This research was at Sleman Hospital, from May to July. With the methods samples being used were a total of sampling and the number of samples in this research is 26 of respondents. Result:Of the 26 respondents there are as many as 23 nurses (88.5%) carry out the action in accordance with procedures still make a high percentage of the level of satisfaction. Conclusions:There is a correlation between compliance procedures care diabetic ulcers with satisfaction the patient diabetes mellitus user BPJS PBI at Sleman Hospital,with the result Asymp.Sig(2-sided)0,001<0,05.

Abstract

Background: Anxiety, panic, inability to accept the conditions and low knowledge about good sexual behaviour can worsen HIV status. Purpose: assess changes in sexual behavior before, the time of diagnosis, and current and causes. Methode: Qualitative research phenomenological, semi-structured interviews with in dept interviews in 6 Participants women of reproductive age, diagnosed with HIV between 1-2 years before study, has been or ever married. Analysis using Collaizy. Result: before diagnosis frequency: rarely and still routine, sexual behavior: oral, anal and masturbated to couples, sexual desire did not a decline. Causal factor that changes sexual behavior is a condition of pain, impaired self-image, increasing socio-economic burden, and change partners. Dicussion: Hankins (1997) the majority of women after hear of HIV positive status will experience a significant disruption to the desire, arousal and orgasm function, is due to physiological and psychological factors. Recurrent pain during sexual intercourse can lead to avoidance. Psychosocial factors (stress, financial crisis, depression, anxiety) inhibit the production of liquid lubrication. Working full- time cause fatigue and decrease sexual desire for women with HIV.

Abstract

Background : Adolescence is a period of transition charaterized by a change in the physical,emisional, and psychological. At puberty occurs maturation of human reproductive organs. The need for knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about puberty in the face of the changes that occur are physical and psychological changes. Purpose : To be able to determine the relationship of knowledge about puberty in adolescent attitude in the face of puberty. Method : This study uses an analytical cross sectional design, Sampling with purposive sampling technique. Research sample totaled 124. The data were analyzed using chi square. Result : As many as 111 people ( 89, 5% ) havw a good level of knowledge about puberty.Adolescent attitude in the face of puberty in supporting categories, namely 114 ( 91,9% ). There is a significant relationship between the variables knowledge with attitude in the face of pubertaladoleschents in junior high school class VII 3 depok, Maguwoharjo, Sleman, Yogyakarta ( p= 0,001) Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between the variables knowledge with attitude in the face of pubertal adolescents in junior high school class VII 3Depok, Maguwoharjo, Sleman, Yogyakarta.
