Inflammation Prevention Program: as an Effort to Prevent Mastitis in Breastfeeding Mothers in the White Lotus Posyandu I Pungkuran Pleret Bantul Riza Yulina Amry; Anna Nur Hikmawati; Bety Agustina Rahayu

Abstract

Breastfeeding is one of the gifts of a woman who can give milk directly to her child. Breast milk is the best food for babies that supports the growth and development of babies. Breast milk contains many substances that are not found in any food and drink, including the most expensive and best formula milk. The number of exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Indonesia is still far from the target. Mastitis is one of the causes of the lack of exclusive breastfeeding. Lack of mother's knowledge about breast care and breastfeeding can cause errors in breastfeeding position which results in mastitis. Community service is carried out as an effort to prevent inflammation / mastitis in nursing mothers in the White Lotus Posyandu I region of Pungkuran Pleret Bantul. Community service activities were attended by 26 mothers of children under five. The method used for the delivery of material is health education and demonstrations. The questionnaire was used as an instrument to measure participants' knowledge before and after the activity. The material is delivered using audiovisual media, which is presented in powerpoints and leaflets. Subthemes of material presented in this activity include inflammation, mastitis, breast care, and how to breastfeed properly. Measurement of the results of the pretest and posttest knowledge of the mother with the help of Microsoft Excel. PKM results show an increase in maternal knowledge, pretest results show 54% of mothers with sufficient knowledge and 46% of mothers with good knowledge. Posttest results showed 100% results with good knowledge. Conclusions from the results of the PKM inflammation prevention program: as an effort to prevent mastitis in breastfeeding mothers, the Posyandu Putih Teratai I Region of Pungkuran Pleret Bantul has a positive impact on increasing maternal knowledge.

Abstract

Many parents think that gadgets can be easy playmates for children without supervision. But it turns out that excessive use of gadgets will have a negative impact on children's social and emotional development. Seeing this, this study aims to examine the effect of using gadgets on the emotional development of early childhood. This type of research is a non-experimental quantitative research using a correlational research design, namely research that examines the influence between variables. Correlational research aims to reveal the correlative relationship between variables. The approach used in this research is cross sectional. All Littlecare PAUD students. The sampling technique used total sampling and obtained a total of 50 respondents. The research was conducted on Littlecare PAUD students. The measurement instrument uses a questionnaire. Research processing techniques using Microsoft Excel and SPSS. Data analysis used the chi square test. This research will be tested for validity and reliability and has been declared feasible at the STIKES Surya Global Yogyakarta ethical commission with number 3.28/KEPK/SSG/VII/2023. The results of the study show that the majority of children who have positive emotional status are children who have never used gadgets. While the majority of the two negative emotional statuses of children actually sometimes see gadgets. The results of the chi-square test obtained a p-value of 0.000, which means that there is a significant relationship between the use of gadgets and the emotional status of children in Littlecare PAUD.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penyakit tidak menular (PTM) merupakan tantangan dalam dunia Kesehatan, secara global PTM menjadi penyebab kematian nomor 1 setiap tahunnya yaitu penyakit kardiovaskuler. Penyakit kardiovaskuler adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh gangguan fungsi jantung dan pembuluh darah, seperti penyakit jantung coroner, penyakit gagal jantung, stroke dan hipertensi. Masalah utama yang sering terjadi pada pasien penderita hipertensi yaitu risiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif. Risiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif disebabkan oleh kerusakan vaskuler pada seluruh pembuluh perifer. Perubahan arteri kecil atau arteriola menyebabkan penyumbatan pembuluh darah, yang mengakibatkan aliran darah akan terganggu. Tujuan Penelitian: Menganalisis asuhan keperawatan penerapan jus mentimun pada pasien dengan masalah keperawatan resiko perfusi selebral tidak efektif Metode: Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus. Peneliti ini melibatkan dua keluarga dengan masalah keperawatan resiko perfusi selebral tidak efektif. Hasil: Hasil evaluasi keperawatan menunjukan bahwa pemberian jus mentimun selama 3 kali pertemuan dengan pemberian 1 kali sehari didapatkan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik pasien mengalami penurunan pada Ny. S dari 170/95 mmhg menjadi 140/70 mmhg dan Ny. D dari 150/ 78 mmhg menjadi 130/80 mmhg. Kesimpulan: Penerapan jus mentimun dapat mengatasi masalah keperawatan resiko perfusi selebral pada pasien hipertensi.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar belakang: Hipertensi adalah keadaan di mana tekanan darah sistolik ≥ 120 mmHg atau Diastolik ≥ 90 mmHg. Beberapa penyebabnya adalah keturunan, obesitas dan gaya hidup. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara keturunan, obesitas dan gaya hidup terhadap risiko hipertensi pada lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pandak II Bantul DIY. Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan case control. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling menggunakan perbandingan 1:1. Pengambilan sampel dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yaitu sebanyak 62 responden. Pengujian data menggunakan uji univariat dan bivariat. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner pengetahuan dan pengukuran pada obesitas menggunakan timbangan serta meteran dan pengukuran hipertensi menggunakan spinomamometer dan stetoskop. Hasil: Hasil dari analisis bivariat didapatkan nilai asymp sig (0,002) < α (0,05) yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang sigifikan antara keturunan terhadap risiko hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pandak II Bantul DIY. Hasil asymp sig dari obesitas adalah (0,575) > α (0,05) maka Ho diterima, artinya tidak ada pengaruh yang siginifikan antara variabel obesitas terhadap risiko hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pandak II Bantul DIY. Dan hasil gaya hidup adalah asymp sig (0,015) < α (0,05) yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang sigifikan antara gaya hidup terhadap risiko hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pandak II Bantul DIY. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara keturunan terhadap risiko hipertensi, tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara obesitas terhadap risiko hipertensi dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya hidup terhadap risiko hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pandak II Bantul DIY. The influence of Heredity, Obesity and lifestyle which Affect the Risk of Hypertension in the Elderly in the Working Area of Puskesmas Pandak II Bantul DIY 2019 Abstract Background: Hypertension is a condition where the systolic blood pressure ≥ 120 mmHg or Diastolic ≥ 90 mmHg. Some of the causes are heredity, obesity and a sedentary lifestyle. The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of heredity, obesity and lifestyle on the risk of hypertension in the elderly in the working area of Puskesmas Pandak II Bantul DIY. Method: This research is a descriptive quantitative case-control approach. Samples were taken with purposive sampling technique using a 1:1 comparison. Sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria as many as 62 respondents. Testing test data using univariate and bivariate. The research instrument used in this study is a questionnaire of knowledge and measurement in obesity using the scales as well as the meter and the measurement of hypertension using the spinomamometer and stethoscope. Results: The results of the bivariate analysis the obtained value of asymp sig (0,002) < α (0.05) which means there is influence significantly between offspring against the risk of hypertension in Puskesmas Pandak II Bantul DIY. The results of the asymp sig of obesity is (0,575) > α (0.05), then Ho is accepted, meaning that there is no influence that is significant between the variables of obesity on the risk of hypertension in Puskesmas Pandak II Bantul DIY. And life style results is asymp sig (0,015) < α (0.05) which means there is influence significantly between the lifestyle against the risk of hypertension in Puskesmas Pandak II Bantul DIY. Conclusion: The conclusion from this research is there are influence which significant between breeds to the risk of hypertension, there is no significant influence of obesity on the risk of hypertension and there is significant influence between the life style on the risk of hypertension in Puskesmas Pandak II Bantul DIY.
