Abstract

Perilaku yang termotivasi lebih cepat cenderung akan lebih meningkat pada saat pimpinan memberikan arahan-arahan dan bahan-bahan untuk dijadikan bahan penyelesaian pekerjaannya. Tujuan perusahaan akan lebih cepat tercapai secara efektif dan efesien apabila karyawan memiliki kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam menjalankan tugasnya sehingga tercipta prestasi kerja yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Tolitoli.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner.Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Tolitoli.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis koefisien determinasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Budgetary Knowledge of Council Members on Regional Financial Supervision in Tolitoli Regency with Community Participation as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative research approach design, namely research that describes in detail the effect of the Knowledge of Council Members on Budgeting on Regional Financial Supervision in Tolitoli Regency with Community Participation as an intervening variable. This type of research is used to develop concepts and collect facts and test hypotheses. Sources of data in the form of primary and secondary data, namely primary data are data from interviews and research questionnaires and secondary data are data obtained indirectly such as documentation data, articles, and organizational structure. Based on the research and discussion results, it can be concluded that the Budgetary Knowledge of Council Members has a significant effect on Regional Financial Supervision in Tolitoli Regency. Regional Financial Supervision affects the Absolute Residual value so that it can be said that Community Participation (Z) moderates the relationship between Council Member Knowledge (X) and Regional Financial Supervision (Y). Abstract

There are still problems with the Momunu Village apparatus due to a lack of motivation and ability to work which causes decreased work productivity. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and competence of human resources on the work productivity of Momunu Village apparatus, Momunu District, Buol Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data source is primary data, namely data obtained through questionnaires, interviews and documentation related to this study and using multiple linear regression methods Based on the results of the study, it showed that the motivation variable partially had no effect on the work productivity variable, as evidenced by the results of the t test with a significance value of 0.087 above the value of 0.05. However, the human resource competence variable partially has a significant effect on work productivity variables with a significance value of 0.003 below the value of 0.05. Simultaneously motivation and competence of human resources have a significant effect on work productivity with a significance value of 0.000 above the value of 0.05.
