Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel gaya kepemimpinan transaksional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional memiliki R Square sebesar 0,484 yang berarti dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 48,4% dimana sisanya sebesar 51,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata kunci : kepemimpinan transformasional, transaksional, kinerja Abstract Result observationaling to point out that leaderships styled variable transformational has significant influence for performance to fire an employee, leaderships styled variable transactional has influence that significant for performance to fire an employee, and simultaneously ala inspires transformational leadership and transactional has significant influence for performance to fire an employee. Leaderships styled variable transformational and transactional has r Square as big as 0,484 one mean to get give influences for performance to fire an employee as big as 48,4% where its rest as big as 51,6% regarded by unanalyzed other variable.
