Abstract

This study was aimed to determine: (1) employees transfer in BPK Representatives of North Maluku Province; (2) work motivation at BPK Representative of North Maluku Province; (3) performance in BPK Representatives of North Maluku Province; (4) the effect of employees transfer on the performance of BPK staff of the Representatives of North Maluku Province; (5) work motivation towards the performance of BPK Representatives of North Maluku Province (6) employees transfer and work motivation towards the performance of BPK Representatives of North Maluku Province. The problem underlying this study is that the main performance indicator has not yet been reached in the North Maluku Provincial Representative BPK, inconsistent employees transfer policies, and decreased of employees discipline. The study was conducted on civil servants in the BPK Representative of North Maluku Province. This research uses quantitative approach with descriptive associative research. Data collection procedures are carried out through a questionnaire as the main data source, and are equipped with interviews / observations and document analysis. The study sample counted 49 people and the population was 67 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) perception of employees transfers in BPK Representatives of the Province of North Maluku is low; (2) the work motivation of employees at BPK Representatives of North Maluku Province is very high; (3) the performance in the North Maluku Province BPK Representative was high; (4) employees transfer is not significant to employees performance with the value of -tvalue>-ttable (-1.664> -2.013) significance of 0.107; (5) work motivation is significant on employees performance with tvalue>ttable (16,554> 2,013) significance of 0,000; (6) employees transfer and work motivation have significant effect on employees performance with a calculated Fvalue> Ftable (140,178> 3,200) significance of 0,000. The R square is 0.859 which means employees transfer variables and motivation variables together have a contribution of 86.9% on performance. The conclusion from this study is that employees transfers doesn’t have significant effect on employees performance partially. Work motivation have positive and significant effect on employees performance. Employees transfer and work motivation together have a significant contribution on employees performance.

Abstract

Abstract: In general, classroom action research aims to improve the quality of learning for grade VI students at SDN 013845 Lestari. specifically aims to: 1. Improve Student Learning Achievement; 2. Describe the management of Social Science Lessons; 3. Through Mind Mapping Learning Model with Material Appearance of Nature and Social Condition of Neighboring Countries. This classroom action research was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The classroom action research was carried out in class VI SDN 013845 Lestari, amounting to 29 students. The subjects of this study were sixth grade social science teachers and sixth grade students at SDN 013845 Lestari. Data were collected through observation, interviews, tests, and study documentation. The learning outcomes in the first cycle reached an average value of 77.33% after the first cycle and the second cycle, the reflection and recommendation values reached an average of 85.3%, meaning there was an increase of 9.97%. Keywords: mind mapping; natural appearance; neighboring countries' social conditions  Abstrak: Penelitian tindakan kelas secara umum bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran untuk peserta didik kelas VI SDN 013845 Lestari. secara khusus bertujuan untuk: 1. Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa; 2. Mendeskripsikan pengelolaan Pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial; 3. Melalui Model Pembelajaran Mind Mapping Dengan Materi Kenampakan Alam dan Keadaan Sosial Negara-negara Tetangga. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Penelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan di kelas VI SDN 013845 Lestari yang berjumlah 29 orang siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial kelas VI dan siswa kelas VI SDN 013845 Lestari, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, test, dan study dokumentasi. Hasil belajar pada siklus I mencapai nilai rata-rata 77.33% setelah siklus I dan siklus II, refleksi dan rekomendasi nilai rata-rata mencapai 85.3% berarti ada peningkatan sebesar 9.97%. Kata Kunci: keadaan sosial negara tetangga; kenampakan alam; mind mapping

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of 3rd grade students at Public Elementery School 05 Mukomuko City in Mathematics subjects two-dimentional figure and their characteristics only 3 students (38%) who have the above grades of minimum criteria (KKM). With an average student evaluation score of 48. For this reason, it is necessary to improve learning to improve student learning outcomes. One effort to improve learning is the use of appropriate learning models with subject matter. In this case the researchers used a direct learning model (direct instruction) to improve student learning outcomes. Direct Learning Model is one of the active learning models that provides opportunities for students to share ideas, consider the most appropriate answers and answer questions verbally so as to foster student confidence in expressing ideas or answers in front of the class thus is expected to improve student learning outcomes. From the learning outcomes that researchers do turn out direct learning models (direct instruction) can improve student learning outcomes, this is evidenced by an increase in student learning outcomes in each study that researchers do. Learning that researchers do begins with the prasiklus stage which is carried out on Tuesday April 25 2017 with an average student learning outcomes of 50.8, improvement of the first cycle Tuesday May 2, 2017 the average student learning outcomes to 61, and improvement of Cycle II Tuesday 09 May 2017 the average student learning outcomes 81.5. Thus it can be concluded that using the direct learning model in Mathematics can improve student learning outcomes.
