Abstract

Articulate intrinsic values is necessary for further progress to be made in design instruction. The main inter-related areas in which such values is the language media of design and the modes of thought which relate particulary to desaign abilities. Many theories indicate that tought is progessec externalized and directed by acquisition of a suitable language medium. Media appropriate to the progression and development of the style of thought might therefore be looked upon a essential means for the encouragement of learning and instruction. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Artikulasi nilai intrinsik sangat penting bagi peningkatan pembelajaran desain. Area utama yang berhubungan dengan nilai tersebut ialah media bahasa desain dan mode pemikiran yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan desain. Beberapa teori telah menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran manusia telah dieksternalkan dan diarahkan melalui akuisisi medium bahasa yang sesuai. Abstract

This study aims to develop a model of entrepreneurial learning in the field of art education in secondary schools. For this purpose, teachers have developed textbooks designed in accordance with the entrepreneurial learning cycle. The study found that art education teaching materials, designed according to specific learning strategies, have the potential to improve learners' entrepreneurial mindset. The results of this study offer strategic value for the development of entrepreneurship education in Indonesia, particularly considering that the findings have the potential to be extended to other fields and subjects across various types and levels of education.

Abstract

Effects of seductive aesthetic in multimedia on learning outcomes. Presenting the message in a seductive aesthetic is common in multimedia learning applications. This study aims to test the effect of the aesthetic message design on learning outcomes. Applied experimental method to compare the effects of message design of aesthetic format (DPS), essential (DPE), redundancy verbal (DPR), aesthetic and redundancy verbal (DPS-R) against the results learning of 2 groups different literacy. Analysis of data using MANOVA with significance level 0.05. DPE presentation proved the most superior in learning retention and transfer. Presentation DPS produces a higher transfer on the subject that have a visual rather than verbal literacy. The results of this study suggest that it should give priority to multimedia design theories are based on dual coding of memory than the aesthetic theories of learning when the goals are directed to maximize the transfer capability.

Abstract

The development of multimedia design is influenced by various theories, such as visual aesthetic principles. Aesthetic principles are used to guide the design process and play a role in increasing the attractiveness of messages. However, along with advances in computer graphics, the application of graphic design aesthetics in multimedia learning has led to the concept of multimedia performance that is entertaining and aesthetically oriented. In addition, this technological development, together with multimedia technology, has expanded the professional scope of multimedia learning design beyond the field of education to include professions such as graphic design.
