Abstract

Anemia during pregnancy caused death in the mother and fetus. Husband's support for reduction the risk of anemia during pregnancy was important. The purpose study was to determine relationship husband's support of anemia management with the incidence anemia in pregnant. Design research used analytic correlation with a cross-sectional. The population were third trimesters pregnantcy in Mojokerto City. Sample size were 54 pregnant women with purposive sampling. Independent variabel was husband support. Dependent variabel was anemia in pregnant. Instrument used a questionnaire and Analyse data with spearman rank test. Results showed the majority had positive support and not anemia, namely 24 respondents (44.4%) while mild support and mild anemia were 15 respondents (25.9%). Spearman rank test p = 0.0002 and correlation coefficient 0.838. It’s means the relationship between two variables is significant. The correlation between the relationship of husband support with anemic events in pregnant women and the nature of one-way relationships. There is a significant and very strong relationship. Husbands who are able to provide positive support to pregnant women can reduce the risk of anemia during pregnancy. The husband must provide support to wife including giving attention, empathetic, advice, knowledge so that the risk of anemia in pregnancy decreases

Abstract

Background: Kunci utama dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan adalah petugas yang mempunyai kinerja tinggi. Kinerja menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan pelayanan kesehatan yang menunjukkan akuntabilitas lembaga pelayanan dalam kerangka tata pemerintahan yang baik. Sehingga bila kinerja petugas baik maka kualitas pelayanan yang akan diberikan akan baik pula.Purpose: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala ruang dengan kinerja perawat dalam penatalaksanaan standar praktik professional di ruang mawar merah kelas II RSUD Asembagus Kab. Situbondo.Method: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat di ruang mawar merah kelas II RSUD Asembagus Kab. Situbondo. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 20 orang responden. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah Non-Probability Sampling tipe Sampling Jenuh. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Setelah ditabulasi data yang ada dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji spearman correlation dengan tingkat kemaknaan 0,05.Results: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala ruang dengan kategori gaya kepemimpinan demokratis perilaku baik sebanyak 13 responden (65%) dan kinerja perawat pelaksana dengan kinerja baik sebanyak 8 responden (40%). Ada hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala ruang dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana dalam penatalaksanaan standar praktik professional di ruang mawar merah kelas II RSUD Asembagus Kab. Situbondo dengan koefisiensi kolerasi sebesar -525 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,018 (ρ< 0,05).Conclusion: Upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat pelaksana dengan cara mengadakan pelatihan dan seminar kesehatan yang lengkap, mendorong untuk berinisiatif dan kreatif dalam melaksanakan tugas, menetapkan target pencapaian yang layak dan jelas. Dengan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala ruang yang baik dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat pelaksana dalam pelayanan kesehatan dan akan berdampak pada kepuasan pasien. Key words: Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, kinerja perawat, standar praktik profesional.

Abstract

Background. Having a healthy and prosperous life in old age is the hope of every elderly person. In achieving a healthy and prosperous old age, various efforts have been made by the government, one of which is an Elderly Integrated Service Post (Posyandu Lansia) program.Objectives. This study aims to analyze the relationship of motivation of the elderly and elderly visits to the Elderly Integrated Service Post (Posyandu Lansia) in Klampisan Hamlet, Kedunggede Village, Dlanggu Sub-District, Mojokerto District.Methods. The research design used is analytic cross sectional. The population in this study were all elderly residents of Klampisan Hamlet, Kedunggede Village, Dlanggu Subdistrict, Mojokerto District who had attended the Elderly Integrated Service Post (Posyandu Lansia) as many as 52 people. The sampling technique in the study was simple random sampling. The sample size in this study was 46 people. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire for motivational variables, and a visit book for elderly visiting to the Elderly Integrated Service Post (Posyandu Lansia) variables.Results. The results showed that the average value of motivation was 68.5870, indicating strong motivation. The average visit value is 1.9348, indicating that the visit is not active. Based on the results of the analysis using the Spearman Rho correlation test obtained ρ = 0.00 <α = 0.05, so that it can be interpreted that there is a relationship between the motivation of the elderly and elderly visits to the Elderly Integrated Service Post (Posyandu Lansia) in Klampisan Hamlet, Kedunggede Village, Dlanggu Sub-District, Mojokerto District.Conclusion. Based on the results of the study showed that there was a relationship between the motivation of the elderly and elderly visits to the Elderly Integrated Service Post in Klampisan Hamlet, Kedunggede Village, Dlanggu Sub-District, Mojokerto District, which could mean that the elderly had strong motivation, then the visit to the Elderly Integrated Service Post would be active. On the contrary, the elderly whose motivation is weak then visit the Elderly Integrated Service Post (Posyandu Lansia) is not active. Keywords: motivation of the elderly, elderly visits, the elderly integrated service post, posyandu lansia
