Abstract

ARTIKASARI, Role of Village Facilitators in Efforts to Optimize Village Development in Anggana Village, Anggana District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Under the guidance of Mr. Drs. H. Maskan AF, MSI as Counselor I and H. Marsuq, S. Sos, M.Si as Supervisor II.               The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a Role of Village Facilitators in Efforts to Optimize Village Development in Anggana Village, Anggana District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. To get the author's data the author conducted the research directly into the field. The results showed that the Village Companion Role in Angana Village, Anggana District, Kutai Kartanegara District was very influential in efforts to optimize the development of the Village in Anggana Village.               In an effort to Optimize Village Development in Anggana Village, Anggana District, Kutai Kartanegara District, the role of Village Facilitators is very much needed and also cooperation from Village Government Officials and Communities so that Village Development can run optimally and smoothly to realize an advanced, independent, prosperous, just and prosperous Village.               The potential of natural resources such as petroleum, giant prawns, the results of rice fields owned by Anggana Village, Anggana District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency is the basic capital to carry out development and improve community welfare.               The role of human resources in implementing development in Anggana Village, Anggana District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency is very much needed and the participation of Village Government Officials and Village Facilitators can encourage the success of development in the Village.The companion role of Anggana Village Anggana Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara Regency is very important because the development process in Anggana Village needs assistance from Village Facilitators starting from the planning process, supervision, development process, community economic development and efforts to increase the capacity of Village Government Officials in community empowerment so that development in the Village Anggana Anggana District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency can run optimally and reach its destination.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of changes to the provisions on the responsibilities of directors and shareholders as well as guarantees of legal protection for creditors and third parties in the context of the Job Creation Law. The research method used is normative legal analysis, relying on a study of statutory regulations, relevant legal theories, and selected scientific literature. This normative approach is carried out through in-depth study and interpretation of applicable legal provisions, especially changes regulated in the Job Creation Law. The analysis focuses on how these changes affect the legal responsibilities of directors and shareholders, as well as their impact on the rights of creditors and third parties. Legal theory is used to build a strong conceptual and analytical framework in understanding the legal phenomena that arise from the implementation of this new regulation. It is hoped that the research results will provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal implications of these policy changes, as well as offer recommendations to increase legal certainty for all relevant parties. Thus, it is hoped that this research can be a significant contribution to the development of corporate law studies and legal protection in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Learning Activity Choice (LAC) model that has been developed previously. Quantitative research approach is quasi experimental method, the result is qualitative analyzed so that it can be called as explanatory design. The results are evidence of a limited trial of the PAB learning model prior to dissemination and wider diffusion to the SD / MI educational audience. This research shows that 23 people (74,2%) stated very effective and 8 people (25,8%) stated effective for application of learning model of PAB in thematic learning. In addition, there is a significant difference between the effectiveness of learning outcomes of knowledge and social learning model of PAB with conventional learning on thematic learning. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan keefektifan dari model pembelajaran Pilihan Aktivitas Belajar (PAB) yang telah dikembangkan sebelumnya. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif yakni metode eksperimen kuasi, yang hasilnya dianalisis kualitatif sehingga dapat disebut juga sebagai desain eksplanatori (explanatory design). Hasil merupakan bukti uji coba terbatas model pembelajaran PAB sebelum diseminasi dan difusi lebih luas kepada khalayak pendidik SD/MI. Penelitian ini menunjukkan dari 23 orang (74,2%) menyatakan sangat efektif dan 8 orang (25,8%) menyatakan efektif penerapan model pembelajaran PAB dalam pembelajaran tematik. Selain itu, ada perbedaan signifikan antara keefektifan pembelajaran hasil belajar pengetahuan dan sosial model PAB dengan pembelajaran konvensional pada pembelajaran tematik.
