Abstract

This research has a purpose to knowing the education during the pandemic. This community service was carried out to provide assistance to the situation experienced by kindergarten teachers in the sudden change of the learning modes due to the Covid-19 pandemic. fEducation fis fthe fmost importantf fthing fthat wilfl fbe so useful for our life, every human needs education to make their life be a better life. But the most important thing among it, is a good moral that we have to build into the character of the kids. This research using the descriptive method that using quantitative support by random sampling techniques in the selection of research subjects, in order to obtain 30 student respondents from Dharma Wanita Kindergarten, Sepanjang. The results showed that the average acquisition of character education was 46% with the category starting to develop.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menganalisa dan mengkaji mengenai green economy dalam pengembangan desa wisata Miru, Kec. Kedamean, Kab. Gresik. Dusun Miru Kec. Kedamean Kab. Gresik mempunyai tanaman hias terbesar dan memiliki potensi pasar ekspor yang terbuka lebar. Pada tahun 2021 Bupati Gresik yaitu Bapak Fandi Ahmad mulai meresmikan Desa Miru menjadi kawasan wisata tanaman hias sekaligus membentuk asosiasi yang menaungi 1.750 petani dan pedagang tanaman hias yang berada di Desa Miru. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian yaitu lokasi Desa Wisata Miru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peran pemerintah Desa Miru seperti memfasilitasi tempat atau stand tanaman hias, membangun akses jalan dan lainnya. Terdapat pula faktor-faktor pendorong salah satunya seperti ada semangat dari pemerintah desa dan masyarakat untuk membangun desa yang berwawasan lingkungan dan green economy sehingga hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi dan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Dengan demikian, green economy perlu diimplementasikan agar dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi SDA ataupun bagi SDM yang akan mengelolanya sehingga nantinya dapat mengembangkan potensi alam yang dimiliki dengan maksimal dan optimal.

Abstract

The city of Surabaya is trying to encourage the Smart City concept through developing adequate infrastructure, structuring an online-based government system and creating application innovations for public service processes. This research aims to analyze and study Smart City as an effort to develop the city of Surabaya. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. Data collection was carried out by compiling data obtained from LKJ and RPJDP of Surabaya City. The research results show that Bappeda Litbang plays a crucial role in implementing Smart City and Disperpusip plays a role in improving human resources in the city of Surabaya. Both OPDs have the same factors driving the success of Smart City, namely a strong commitment from the Mayor of Surabaya and policies that support developing long-term strategies related to Smart City implementation. On the other hand, the implementation of Smart City in Bappeda R&D has an impact on the HDI value of Surabaya City, which in 2019 increased by 82.22%. Meanwhile, Disperpusip has an influence on the IKM value of 95.36% with category A. Thus, the success achieved has a positive impact on the development of the City of Surabaya, so that the implementation of Smart City in the City of Surabaya does not only focus on the government, but also on cooperation and commitment from the community.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the E-Persorat system is implemented and its influence on the Harbor Master's Office and Class I Samarinda Port Authority. This research uses a quantitative research design. The object of this research is the users of the E-Persuratan Website, namely all employees. The data analysis technique used was carried out with the help of statistics and the data analysis used was descriptive and multiple linear regression. The division of testing includes instrument requirements using validity and reliability tests, data analysis requirements testing using linearity tests and data analysis testing using multiple linear regression tests and hypotheses (T test). Based on the analysis test results, it was found that the implementation of the E-Persuratan website had an effect on the performance of the Harbor Master's office and the Samarinda Class I Port Authority. Meanwhile, the implementation of the governance system has no effect on office performance. The phenomenon of these results can be seen from the data validity test of the two variables which are considered valid, the reliability of the two variables is considered valid, the linearity of the two variables is calculated linearly, the multiple linear regression analysis shows that there is a unidirectional relationship between the two variables, while the hypothesis test shows that there is an influence on the variables Website Use and The system usage variable has no influence on office performance

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has driven the transformation of public services, including Indonesia's transportation sector. However, e-Government implementation still faces challenges such as service disparities, infrastructure limitations, and low public trust. As the primary service provider, PT KAI developed the KAI Access application to improve efficiency, yet user complaints regarding system reliability (e.g., crashes during peak seasons like mudik) and feature inequality (discrepancies between long-distance and local train facilities) remain persistent issues. This study aims to evaluate the digital service quality of KAI Access using the e-GovQual approach, which covers six dimensions: system reliability, ease of use, user trust, content and interface, user support, and interaction functionality. Employing a descriptive qualitative methodology, data was collected through user interviews, literature review, and Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis. Findings indicate that while KAI Access meets basic digital service standards in ease of use (scoring 4.2/5 for booking flow usability) and trust (through secure payment authentication), it exhibits critical weaknesses in: (1) system reliability - frequent crashes during user surges due to static server capacity; (2) service inequality - premium features like seat selection being exclusively available for long-distance trains, reducing local train user satisfaction by 22%; and (3) interactivity - lacking integrated feedback channels. Recommended improvements include: adopting cloud auto-scaling (e.g., AWS/GCP solutions), standardizing core features (e.g., delay notifications), and developing multilingual AI chatbots. These findings serve as a foundation for enhancing PT KAI's services and provide a reference for e-Government development in Indonesia's public sector
