Abstract

Abstract   Primary Care Information System (P-Care) is used at the first level health facility (FKTP) for the service of patients of the National Health Insurance. The purpose of this study was to determine the success of using the P-Care information system by evaluating the system using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) Model. This is a cross-sectional survey research with Primary Care information system objects. The variables studied were the user satisfaction factors of the p-care information system including content aspects, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The research subjects were primary care information system operators with 61 FKTPs as samples. Data were analyzed using descriptive analytical methods. P-care application user satisfaction index was 75.5 (satisfied category). This shows that respondents generally have received the primary care information system. The lowest index on A1 (system accuracy), C1 (accuracy of information), and T1&2 (timeliness of information). The lowest average user satisfaction index is on aspects of system accuracy and timeliness. To improve the index of primary care information system user satisfaction, the BPJS needs to improve system monitoring, increase feedback and increase report output. FKTP can develop a bridging P-Care system and structuring the medical record system to be more effective and efficient.   Keywords : information systems, user satisfaction, primary care, EUCS Model     Abstrak   Sistem Informasi Primary Care (P-Care) digunakan pada fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama (FKTP) untuk pelayanan pasien Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN).

Abstract

Applications P-Care (primary care) is an information system of patient care participants BPJS computer-based and online via the Internet. There are some problems encountered in the use of p-care applications in clinic. Patients who visit private doctors have not been entirely entered into BPJS participants so that there are two kinds of membership, namely patient based on the patient BPJS and general patients. Difficulties experienced was when combining patient visitation reports BPJS participants and general patients. The purpose of this study was to produce a draft bridging medical record information system that can bridge the gap between the general patient care with patients BPJS. This type of research is a case study with observational approach. Object of this research are the components of  the p-care information systems. Subjects were the operators, doctors, and owners of primary health care facilities. Data collection were interviews and observations to gain condition p-care information system is running and the user's expectations for efficiency p-care services. Problems on the clinic services is the difficulty in finding the patient's medical record card, and there are multiple medical record card. Another problem is that there are patients who used the card BPJS others and create time reports that are less efficient. Solutions do is arrange medical record card with the number system, making treatment of identity cards, and establish procedures medical record service. To expedite the necessary service bridging primary care information system designed according to the needs of the clinic management information. The database that corresponds to bridging p-care are patient identity, health care visit, health service, and diagnosis. The design of the interface (interface) generated registration menu, service, and reporting. Necessary cooperation with the IT BPJS to build bridging systems for ease of service and clinical reporting

Abstract

The accuracy of the diagnosis code on the medical record document is used as a basis for making reports. If the diagnosis code is not properly coded then the resulting information will have low validation. The results of the initial survey at Puskesmas Genuk in the Top 10 of Disease in 2022, there are still many diagnosis codes that have not been coded until the 4th character. Objective is determine the accuracy analysis of disease diagnosis codes based on ICD-10 with the application of the 4th character of the fourth quarter at Puskesmas Genuk in 2022.This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a retrospective study approach. The primary data sources used are observation and interviews while the secondary data is from medical record data obtained from SIMPUS. The total population was 4,861 medical record data while the samples used were 98 with systematic random sampling techniques.Based on the results of research on 98 medical record data, the exact code is 21 (27.23%) while the incorrect code is 77 (72.77%). The inaccuracy of the diagnosis code is because the coding officer is not PMIK, the code is given only up to the 3rd character, there is no SOP for giving Disease Diagnosis Codes, not using ICD-10 but a list of SIMPUS codes. Conclusion are accuracy of the diagnosis code of 27.23% is much lower than the inaccuracy, coding officers from PMIK should be conducted, Training on Giving Disease / Action Coding, Diagnosis Codes at SIMPUS are given keys so that coders can choose a specific code, SIMPUS plus facilities for PMIK officers to validate coding after service

Abstract

Aedes aegypti mosquito is a vector that causes Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever. DHF is one of the top 10 diseases in Indonesia and is also one of the top 10 diseases in the Semarang city. The spread of DHF tends to increase both in the number of events and in the area and sporadically an extraordinary event (KLB) always occurs every year. This study aims to examine epidemiologically DHF events that occur almost every year. This research is a quantitative study, which was conducted in an observational descriptive manner with a retrospective time approach. The incidence of DHF in the Rowosari Community Health Center is mostly found in the male population (56%) and the most age group (65%) is 5-14 years. The sub-district with the highest IR DBD (161.86 / 100000) is the Kramas sub-district. The peak incidence of DHF is April - May in 2019. Based on the DHF epidemiological study, it is recommended that “Eradication Mosquitos Nest” (PSN) continue to carry out its activities in collaboration with Gasurkes. Prevention of mosquito bites is further enhanced by the school age population. PSN activities are not only limited to the indoor environment, but also the external environment such as public places, vacant land and houses. The community service program to clean the surrounding environment needs to be maximized, for example with Clean Friday Activities.
