<![CDATA[SUSANTI SALEH, Peranan Pengawasan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Lingkungan Kantor Camat Palaran.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Apakah kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh peranan pengawasan di Lingkungan Kantor Camat Palaran.Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai yang jumlahnya 14 orang, . Karena populasinya tidak terlalu besar, maka penulis tidak mengambil sampel melainkan seluruh populasi dijadikan responden dengan menggunakan metode sensus.Berdasarkan uraian diatas, maka alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah koefisien korelasi product moment. Dari hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa ada peranan yang signiifikan antara pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Lingkungan Kantor Camat Palaran. Hal ini didasarkan pada hasil perhitungan yang menyatakan bahwa rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel yaitu 0,692< 0,661 untuk nilai kritis pada N=14 dengan taraf signifikansi = 0,01 untuk N=14 mempunyai tingkat hubungan kuat antara variabel pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Setelah rhitung didapatkan, maka selanjutnya penulis mengajukan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dari hasil pengujian hipotesis ini, nilai thitungsebesar 1,724 sementara itu untuk harga-harga kritis dalam ttabel adalah 2,485 yang berarti bahwa t test<t tabel yaitu 3,319 > 2,681dengan nilai kritis N - 2 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,01 artinya dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis kerja/Ha diterima atau terdapat peranan yang signifikan antara variabel pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai. This study aims to determine whether employee performance is influenced by the role of supervision in the Palaran Sub-District Office Environment. The population in this study is all employees who number 14 people. Because the population is not too large, the writer does not take a sample but the entire population is made as a respondent by using the census method. Based on the description above, the analytical tool used in this study is the product moment correlation coefficient. The results of the calculations show that there is a significant role between supervision of the performance of employees in the Palaran Sub-District Office Environment. This is based on the results of the calculation which states that r count is greater than rtable, which is 0.692 <0.661 for the critical value at N = 14 with a significance level = 0.01 for N = 14 has a strong level of correlation between supervisory variables and employee performance. After the r count is obtained, then the writer proposes hypothesis testing using the t test from the results of testing this hypothesis, the value of 1.724 meanwhile for critical prices in t table is 2.485 which means that t test <t table is 3.319> 2.681 with critical value N - 2 with a significance level of 0.01 means that it can be said that the working hypothesis / Ha is accepted or there is a significant role between supervisory variables on employee performance.Keywords: Supervision, Employee Performance]]>
