Abstract

AbstractThe circulation of candy with tadalafil content in the community needs a serious attention by BPOM. The product that is circulating in the community is closely related to the distribution permit. The product that has not been registered to BPOM because it is not listed in the list of drugs that already have permission from BPOM by the manufacturer or importer of the product and must be examined the legal status of the product. This study tries to explain the legality of candy products with tadalafil and the extent of BPOM's responsibility for the circulation of these products.Keywords: BPOM; Responsibility; Distribution Permit; Candy; Tadalafil.AbstrakBeredarnya permen dengan kandungan tadalafil di masyarakat perlu mendapat perhatian serius oleh BPOM. Melihat produk tersebut yang beredar di masyarakat erat kaitannya dengan adanya izin edar. Produk tersebut yang belum didaftarkan kepada BPOM karena tidak tercantum dalam dafttar obat yang sudah memiliki izin dari BPOM oleh pihak produsen atau pengimpor produk harus diteliti status hukum produk tersebut. Penelitian ini berusaha menjelaskan mengenai legalitas produk permen dengan tadalafil dan sejauh mana tanggung jawab BPOM terhadap peredaran produk tersebut. Kata Kunci: BPOM; Tanggung Jawab; Izin Edar; Permen; Tadalafil.
