Abstract

Indonesia is currently entering the phase of this demographic bonus that must be used well. In the process of advancing micro, small and medium economic development, many Indonesians become small entrepreneurs selling products to others. The proportion of young people exceeds 25% of Indonesia's total population of around 250 million, plus 59.2 million Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) units, contributing 61.41% of GDP. Indonesia is Indonesia's two main economic powers. However, even though the January 2016 data shows that the potential for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure has reached around 90% of the population, and the mobile penetration rate of internet users exceeds 126%, there are still 90% of MSMEs. The unit is still running in the offline domain. Reaching 51.8% of the total population of Indonesia. Although he can only hold information technology by hand, one of them is through social media. You can take advantage of social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to sell goods. E-UMKM is an Android-based application designed to sell Indonesian MSME products online and has been integrated with the system. The steps that must be taken include data collection, MSME product certification, application development, socialization and delivery systems. This activity is expected to help MSME business players in selling their businesses online through social media.

Abstract

Fish is one of the food sources of animal protein (fish) which is widely liked and consumed by the public. This is aside from being relatively inexpensive and easy to obtain, as well as a high nutritional value that can maintain stability and health and can also improve brain intelligence in children. Shredded is one of the traditional processed food products that have long been known by the community. In general, shredded meat is made from beef and other animal meat. Shredded fish contains high enough nutritional components that are needed by our body. To build a culture that is cultured, spiritual, intellectual and intelligent, Palmerah Sub-district, West Jakarta has created thematic villages in six villages in its area. Palmerah Sub-district is a sub-district with a dense population. To support the smart village launched by Mr. Firman as the Head of Palmerah District. Where is a clean and healthy lifestyle and makes the village smart, by inviting families, especially children, to eat fish. One of the processing is by processing fish into shredded fish. Housewives and young people who have not worked are expected to make business opportunities to increase income and can also be consumed by families themselves. Training from the initial stage to completion requires eight months divided into several stages starting from needs analysis, introduction of fish and equipment and the manufacturing process, as well as packaging and the final stage is that the product can be sold through markets, stalls or through online media.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to measure risks to identify company's assets and analyze risks, and to do strategic planning of security protection and minimize risk. Research used case study by reading materials dealing with the OCTAVE-S method. Observation was done directly to the relating parties through an interview, as well as using a questionnaire based on the OCTAVE-S method. The result obtained from this research is risk management of information technology in order to minimize the risks. Based on the findings obtained, it is expected company can identify potential risks and mitigate them efficiently and effectively.

Abstract

PD KENCANA is a company engaged in the sale of school administration equipment, office equipment and so forth. One of the processes that exist in PD KENCANA is the sales process. Based on book sales processes currently running on KENCANA PD, there are still some issues, namely duration of the process of making the sales memorandum book, because the manufacturing process is still done by hand writing. The purpose of this research is to design information systems in PD KENCANA book sales and provide reports on sales data of books with ease and on time. Methodology in the development of this system consists of activities which can be grouped into several stages, systems methodologies used in information system design uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Book Sales Information Systems In this KENCANA PD can assist the administration in managing the sale of books and making reports. In addition, this information system can also easily generate reports on book sales information per month or per year, accurate, precise and relevant, as expected.

Abstract

This paper is an idea to implement a knowledge management system for a real action for optimization efforts of private higher institutions due to the development of national human resources. Knowledge management is a technique of organizing knowledge within an organization. The goal is to accelerate the innovation by improving the effectiveness and efficiency of knowledge absorption through knowledge sharing process. Four activities underlying knowledge management system are using knowledge, finding knowledge, creating knowledge and packaging knowledge. These processes required to convert tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge that can be transferred to other people. Regarding to the background of the Consortium members who come from all corners of the archipelago, a web based knowledge management system is the best option. The system is built on many aspects, but can do a variety of simplifications that can be realized in the form of knowledge management portal. To make this system developed well, some attitudes need to be cultivated to create, capture, capture, store, process and disseminate knowledge.

Abstract

This paper contains the application of knowledge management in PT Unilever to create a learning culture within the organization. Which consists of: knowledge sharing, informal sharing, online sharing and other sources. With the implementation of cultural sharing between employees, the module is already owned by PT Unilever as many as 250 modules. With the application of Knowledge Management PT Unilever awarded a global level, the Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise (MAKE) Award in the year 2005-2007 to the level of Indonesia and 2008 for the Asian level. In the end, knowledge-owned companies, creating a good performance by individuals or companies, and will create sustainable growth for the company. Sustainable growth is what is expected by the whole company in running its business activities.
