Abstract

Optimization Use of Electrolyte Salt as a Thickenerin of Clear-Liquid Shampoo          A wide variety of activities undertaken by humans to meet their needs. They are needed cleaning which makes the body refreshed and become the body protected from various kinds of diseases. One sample is the cleaning shampoo. Simply in shampoo manufacturing process only the addition of materials in water as a solvent. The ingredients that are added generally include surfactants, binding agents, foaming agents, antibacterial, pH regulators, fragrances, dyes, and thickeners.The last process of manufacture of shampoo is setting viscosity. Usually, a substance used as a thickener are electrolyte salts such as sodium chloride (NaCl). However, some manufacturers of similar products using strong electrolyte salt such as sodium sulfate (Na2SO4), magnesium chloride (MgCl2), and calcium chloride (CaCl2) as a thickener. The electrolyte salts have a greater degree of dissociation compared with a weak electrolyte salts.Analysis of optimization of the use of the electrolyte salt to clear viscous liquid shampoo was performed in which the electrolyte salt used was NaCl, KCl, Na2SO4, CaCl2, and NaHSO4. Each of these electrolyte salts were added to the liquid shampoo preparations as much as 0; 0.5; 1.5; 2.5; 3.5; 4.5; 5.5; 6.5; and 7.5%. All treatments were tested the viscosity, organoleptic (color and odor), pH, and density at 250 C. Based on the research that had been done could be concluded that the best salt that could be used to clear liquid shampoo formulation  was NaCl at a concentration above 3.5%.Key words: Shampoo, electrolyte salts, surfactants ABSTRAK          Berbagai macam kegiatan dilakukan oleh manusia untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. Dibutuhkan suatu pembersih yang menjadikan badan segar kembali dan menjadikan tubuh terhindar dari berbagai macam penyakit. Salah satu pembersih dimaksud adalah sampo. Secara sederhana proses pembuatan sampo meliputi penambahan bahan-bahan dengan air sebagai pelarutnya. Bahan-bahan yang ditambahkan pada umumnya meliputi surfaktan, zat pengikat, zat pembusa, antibakteri, pengatur pH, pewangi, pewarna, dan pengental.Proses terakhir dari pembuatan sampo adalah pengaturan kekentalan. Biasanya zat yang digunakan sebagai pengental adalah garam elektrolit seperti natrium klorida (NaCl). Namun beberapa perusahaan pembuat produk sejenis menggunakan garam elektrolit kuat lain seperti natrium sulfat (Na2SO4), magnesium klorida (MgCl2), dan kalsium klorida (CaCl2) sebagai pengental. Garam-garam elektrolit tersebut memiliki derajat disosiasi yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan garam-garam elektrolit lemah.Analisis optimasi penggunaan garam elektrolit terhadap kekentalan sampo bening cair dilakukan dimana garam elektrolit yang digunakan adalah NaCl, KCl, Na2SO4, CaCl2, dan NaHSO4. Masing-masing garam elektrolit tersebut di tambahkan ke dalam sediaan sampo cair sebanyak 0; 0,5; 1,5; 2,5; 3,5; 4,5; 5,5; 6,5; dan 7,5 %. Semua perlakuan di lakukan uji kekentalan, organoleptik (warna dan bau), pH, dan Bobot Jenis pada suhu 25 0 C. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa garam terbaik yang dapat digunakan untuk formulasi sampo bening cair adalah NaCl yaitu pada konsentrasi diatas 3,5%.Kata Kunci : Sampo, Garam Elektrolit, Surfaktan

Abstract

Sawangan village, Grinsing sub-district, Batang district is the village government in charge of regulating the interests of the local community assisted by village officials. Sawangan village has a population of 6,497 people with 3,272 women and 3,225 men. Sawangan village apparatus had difficulties in managing the community's interest in the village, such as arranging for an introduction to the making of Identity Cards, Family Cards, death certificates and other application letters that required village information. It is necessary to create an online web-based village service information system in order to manage all the needs of the sawangan village community. The system is made using the Waterfall development method which works systematically and gradually. The online web-based village service information system is tested using blackbox testing which produces system features that suit user needs.

Abstract

AbstractObjective: To determine the effect of Iodine-131 administration on the viability of triple negative breast cancer cell lines and the IC50 value of Iodine-131. Methods: This study was a true experimental study using the MTT assay method to measure cell line viability after being given Iodine-131 at a dose of 7.8; 15.6; 31.3; 62.5; 125; 250; and 500 µCi for 24 hours. The research sample was the MDA-MB231 cell line which represents the Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) subtype of breast cancer. The IC50 value of Iodine-131 cell line MDA-MB231 was calculated using the GraphPad Prism-9 software. The results were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis and Post-Hoc Kruskal-Wallis tests, if p <0.05 was considered to significantly affect cell viability. Results: Iodine-131 affected cell viability in the MDA-MB231 cell line with a p<0.05. The IC50 value of Iodine-131 on the MDA-MB231 cell line was 255.7 µCi. Conclusion: Administration of Iodine-131 at a dose of 500 µCi for 24 hours significantly reduced the viability of the MDA-MB231 cell line. Iodine-131 dose of 255.7 µCi can inhibit 50% viability of the MDA-MB231 cell line.Keywords: Iodine-131; cell viability; cell line MDA-MB231; TNBC; IC50

Abstract

Analisis faktor yang menentukan mengapa pelangan memilih toko pakaian alya fahion menjadi bahasan dalam artikel kualitatif ini. Pemeriksaan ini berpusat pada dua faktor utama, khususnya loyalitas konsumen dan kualitas barang. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan kepada tiga responden yang semuanya adalah pelanggan setia Alya Fashion untuk keperluan pengumpulan data. Inspeksi langsung ke toko juga dilakukan. Biaya yang wajar dan kualitas produk yang tinggi, pelayanan yang cepat dan tanggap, serta pengalaman berbelanja yang menyenangkan merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi seberapa puas pelanggan dalam memilih toko pakaian Alya Fashion, menurut temuan penelitian tersebut. Keputusan pelanggan untuk membeli kembali produk Alya Fashion dikemudian hari juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor tersebut. Diantisipasi bahwa penelitian ini akan membantu pemilik toko pakaian meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan mempertahankan pelanggan setia. toko pakaian Alya Fashion perlu memperhatikan kualitas produk yang dijualnya, memberikan pelayanan konsumen yang ramah, dan menawarkan harga yang kompetitif guna meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen

Abstract

Dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan merupakan indikator penting dalam menjamin kualitas pelayanan yang aman, efektif, dan berkesinambungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas dokumentasi diagnosis, intervensi, dan outcomes keperawatan di RS X Kota Jember menggunakan instrumen Quality of Documentation Nursing Diagnosis, Intervention, and Outcomes (Q-DIO). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel sebanyak 90 dokumen rekam medis pasien rawat inap yang dipilih secara purposive sampling pada periode September hingga November 2023. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kualitas dokumentasi diagnosis keperawatan sebagai proses sebesar 51,1%, sebagai produk sebesar 60%, intervensi keperawatan sebesar 68,9%, dan outcomes keperawatan sebesar 86,7%. Meskipun mayoritas aspek menunjukkan kualitas tinggi, ditemukan beberapa kelemahan seperti ketidaksesuaian antara data pengkajian dan diagnosis, serta kurangnya pendokumentasian aspek sosial dan psikologis pasien. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan mutu dokumentasi melalui pelatihan rutin, supervisi klinis, serta penguatan sistem informasi keperawatan berbasis elektronik guna mendukung praktik keperawatan yang akuntabel dan terstandar.   Nursing care documentation is an important indicator in ensuring the quality of safe, effective, and sustainable services. This study aims to evaluate the quality of documentation of nursing diagnoses, interventions, and outcomes at X Hospital in Jember City using the Quality of Documentation Nursing Diagnosis, Intervention, and Outcomes (Q-DIO) instrument. The research design used was descriptive quantitative with a sample of 90 inpatient medical record documents selected by purposive sampling in the period September to November 2023. The results showed that the quality of nursing diagnosis documentation as a process was 51.1%, as a product was 60%, nursing interventions were 68.9%, and nursing outcomes were 86.7%. Although the majority of aspects showed high quality, there were some weaknesses such as discrepancies between assessment and diagnosis data, and lack of documentation of social and psychological aspects of patients. This study recommends the need to improve the quality of documentation through regular training, clinical supervision, and strengthening electronic-based nursing information systems to support accountable and standardized nursing practice.
