Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan banyaknya lembaga keuangan syariah yang bermunculan dan semakin banyaknya bank syariah yang melayani jasa keuangan sekaligus memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat yang semakin beragam. Dengan banyaknya perbankan syariah saat ini, tak lepas dari tudingan yang menyatakan bahwa perbankan syariah adalah bank konvensional yang hanya dibubuhi label syariah. Namun, dewasa ini bank syariah selalu berupaya menerapkan nilai-nilai Islam yang yang didasarkan pada prinsip syariah. Melihat upaya bank syariah, apakah nantinya nilai-nilai Islam mempengaruhi keloyalitasan nasabah, karena loyalitas nasabah adalah sumber keuntungan suatu perusahaan khususnya perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampelnya diambil secara purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran angket. Angket digunakan untuk memperoleh data tentang nilai-nilai Islam yaitu keadilan, kesederajatan dan kejujuran. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabiitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan program spss 15.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara nilai-nilai Islam seperti keadilan, kesederajatan dan kejujuran terhadap loyalitas nasabah baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama. Artinya meskipun Bank berbasis Syariah penerapan nilai-nilai Islam bukanlah merupakan faktor yang mepengaruhi loyalitas nasabah menabung di bank syariah namun ada beberapa faktor lain yang lebih mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah yang tidak di teliti oleh peneliti. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah Bank Syariah harus mampu menonjolkan nilai-nilai Islam dalam segala bentuk aktivitasnya, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan nasabahnya. Kepercayaan merupakan salah satu faktor penting untuk menjaga hubungan jangka panjang antara bank syariah dengan nasabahnya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explore the relationship of demographic aspects of society, including gender, education level, income level, occupation, religion, and spiritual level towards the types of banks that used by the people of Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method with  correspondence analysis technique.  200 communities have been chosen as a sample. They are the customers of conventional banks, sharia banks, or  both of them. The results of this study argue  that, not all demographic aspects of society have association or relationship with the type of bank selected by respondents. Only religion and spiritual level aspects have real associations. Muslim respondents are more likely to choose Islamic banks than non-multifarious respondents. Respondents with high spiritual level tend to be associated with sharia banks rather than low ones. This research can be used for the marketing designer as one of the basic determines for the marketing strategy of the bank.

Abstract

Abstract: This thesis discusses the profitability of clove farming and the welfare of clove farmers in Larompong District. This thesis is of a quantitative type; the location of this research is Larompong District from June to July, for the population and sample, namely the clove farming community in Larompong District and with a sample of 30 people. The data sources for this research were primary and secondary data, while the data collection methods were direct observation and population and sample collection by random sampling or random sampling. The results of this study indicate that with a total acceptance of Rp. 44,400,000 is then reduced by the total cost of IDR 1,218,183 so the total income received is IDR 43,181,817. so the NPM of clove farming in the Larompong sub-district is 97% which is relatively high and able to provide benefits, while determining the level of welfare using NTP (Farmers Exchange Rate) analysis by looking at the average household expenditure of Rp.9,583,334 and farming income cloves of Rp.44,400,000 so that it can be seen that the NTP of this clove farming is 436%, which when NTP> 100 means that it indicates a surplus or an increase in welfare

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the determinant factors influencing purchasing decision of Z generation in Shopee. The design of the research was quantitative research by conducting a survey to students of Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, IAIN Palopo. The results showed there were several factors that influenced purchasing decision of Z generation in Shopee, namely (1) social class, (2) personality, (3) economic environment, (4) motivation, and (5) learning process.
