Abstract

Keberhasilan pembangunan perekonomian di suatu daerah dapat dilihat dari pertumbuhan ekonomi  yang terus meningkat. Salah satu indikator penting untuk mengetahui tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi di suatu daerah dapat dilihat dari perkembangan nilai  Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di daerah tersebut. Kabupaten Luwu Utara termasuk salah satu kabupaten dengan tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi yang cukup baik, ditandai dengan nilai PDRB yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya sejak tahun 2011-2019.  Peningkatan tersebut juga diikuti dengan penambahan Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Belana Daerah setiap tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar  pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Belanja Daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PDRB, dengan Pendapatan asli derah dan Belanja Daerah sebagai variaebel dependen. Jenis peneltian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan data time series dari tahun 2011-2019.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara bersama-sama terbukti terdapat pengaruh simultan dan siginfikan Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Belanja Daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Hasil pengujian individual menunjukkan Pendapat Asli Daerah (X1) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Luwu Utara sedengkan Variabel Belanja Daerah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB di Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Nilai koefisien determinasi R2 adalah 0.91 atau 91%, ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Belanja Daerah  dalam menjelaskan PDRB di Kabupaten Luwu Utara sebesar 91%  dan 9% sisanya dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab yang lain di luar model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perceptions that determine customer interest in using BSI Mobile at Bank Syariah Indonesia. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative study with a population of all customers using BSI Mobile at BSI KCP Palopo Ratulangi with a sample of 201 respondents using the slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing using the t test, F test and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of data analysis with the t test show that partially the variables perceived ease of use (X1), perceived convenience (X2), perceived benefits (X3) and perceived trust (X4) have a significant effect on customer interest (Y) using BSI Mobile at BSI KCP Palopo Ratulangi. This can be seen from the perceived ease of use (X1) with a tcount (4.947) > ttable (1.972) and a probability value of 0.000 <0.05; perceived comfort (X2) with a tcount (3.123) > ttable (1.972) and a probability value of 0.002 <0.05; perceived usefulness (X3) with a tcount (2.538) > ttable (1.972) and a probability value of 0.002 <0.05; and perceptions of trust with tcount (3,850) > ttable (1,972). The results of the F test also show that the four perception variables simultaneously influence customer interest in using BSI Mobile with a probability value of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.479 indicates that 47.9% of variations in customer interest in using BSI Mobile can be explained by perceptions of ease of use, convenience, benefits and trust, while the remaining 52.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the market share of Minimarkets and Grocery stores in Palopo city today as well as on the state of Equilibrium. The data analysis used in this study is Markov chain analysis. The Makrov process in this study is used to determine the selection of shopping places for future periods depending on the selection of shopping places in one previous period, as well as to forecast the rate at which a brand will gain or lose customers. In addition, Markov chains are also used to determine future equilibrium conditions. The results show the Market Share of shopping places in Palopo city today is as follows: Grocery stores (68%) then Indomaret (14%) and alfamart (10%). Next in line is Alfamidi (10.%), and finally other places (3%). In addition, the predicted market share of shopping places in Palopo city in the future is: Grocery stores (60%) then Indomaret (17%) and alfamart (8%). Next in line is Alfamidi (5.%), and finally other places (11%). The results of this research can be used by the government as a basis for making policies on permits for the establishment of minimarkets in Palopo City
