Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of individual characteristics, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. In this case, the individual characteristics possessed by employees support the achievement of employee performance levels, the better the individual characteristics are shown by the better, the behavior, interests, abilities and attitudes possessed and developed by the employees of PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera Branch of Luwu Regency. From the results of hypothesis testing conducted shows that the individual characteristic variables, work environment and work discipline together have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera Branch of Luwu Regency. This is evidenced by testing the hypothesis using the F statistical test (simultaneous), the t value of 82.705 is greater than the F table value of 2.866 and the significance probability value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 with a percentage of influence of 87.30% while the rest influenced by other factors not examined in this study. In other words, the fourth hypothesis states that individual characteristics, work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel berjumlah 72 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pasca Pandemi COVID-19, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan didapatkannya hasil pengujian hipotesis melalui Uji t dengan mendapatkan hasil nilai t-hitung yang lebih kecil dari t-tabel (0,272 < 2,004), sedangkan Nilai t-hitung dari variabel Disiplin Kerja adalah 4,836 > 2,004 dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat dapat disimpulkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pasca pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat dan menganalisis Pengaruh Gaya kepemimpinan, Kompensasi dan stress kerja Terhadap Produktivitas karyawan. Dimana sampel yang dijadikan responden yaitu sebanyak 50 karyawan PT. PLN UP3 Palopo. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada respoden. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Dimana hasil penelitiannya gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan pada uji t bahwa nilai prob. gayakepemimpinan lebih kecil dari taraf alpha 5%. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa berapapun gaya kepemimpinan yang di terima oleh karyawan sangat berpengaruh pada produktivitas karyawan di perusahaan khususnya pada PT. PLN UP3 Palopo. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan pada uji t bahwa nilai prob. kompensasi  lebih kecil dari taraf alpha 5%. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa berapapun kompensasi yang di terima oleh karyawan tidak mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan. Stress kerja berpengaruh positif tidak  signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan pada uji t bahwa nilai prob. kompensasi  lebih besar dari taraf alpha 5%. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa berapapun stress kerja yang di terima oleh karyawan tidak mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence and role of competence and work discipline have on the work productivity of employees at the Fisheries Office of the city of Palopo. In this study the authors used quantitative research methods, the sample used was the entire population of 85 people. The result of the research is that competence has a significant effect on employee work productivity. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee work productivity. The coefficient of determination obtained by R Square is 0.549 or 54.9%, which means that the effect of workload and work discipline on employee productivity at the Palopo City Fisheries Service is 54.9%, and the remaining 45.1% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study, such as motivation, job satisfaction, compensation, organizational culture, work environment, and other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the recruitment process and competencies regarding the performance of PT employees. Bumi Mineral Sulawesi, Luwu Regency, this research was carried out from January 5 - January 13 2023. Sample determination used the Slovin formula which obtained 50 samples to represent 1000 populations. The method in this research uses the causality method with a qualitative approach, data collection analysis in this research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents, data processing in this research is assisted by the SPSS version 22 application. The results of partial statistical calculations for the recruitment process variables can be seen that the value sig 0.000 < 0.05 and t-count > and t-table value, namely -0.2770> 2.012; meaning that the recruitment process has a negative effect on the performance of PT employees. Bumi Mineral Sulawesi, Luwu Regency, and for the competency variable, it shows that the sig value is 0.225>0.05 and the t-count is > the t-table value, namely 1.152<2.012, meaning it has no positive effect on PT's performance. Sulawesi Mineral Earth, Luwu Regency. Testing the influence of the independent variables simultaneously using the F test obtained a sig value of 0.028 <0.05 F-count of 3.842 > F-table of 3.19. So it can be concluded that the recruitment process has a partial negative effect on employee performance, the Competency variable has no partial effect. Meanwhile, the recruitment process and competency simultaneously influence the performance of PT employees. Sulawesi Mineral Earth, Luwu Regency.
