Abstract

Abstrak:Pengawas selalu meningkatkan kompetensinya baik melalui otodidak atau melanjutkan studi S-2 atau S-3 supaya lebih profesional dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai pengawas pendidikan yaitu from control to help teacheror school’s headmaster. Pengawas dalam hal supervisi terhadap guru harus memahami prototipe guru sehingga bisa melaksanakan supervisi dengan pendekatan direktif, non direktif dan kolaboratif. Pengawas harus mempunyai kepribadian yang kokoh dalam melaksanakan tugasnya supaya guru dan kepala sekolah menaruh hormat kepadanya. Kata Kunci: Direktif, non direktif , kolaboratif , supervisi   Abstract:Supervisors always improve their competence through either self-taught or continue studies S-2 or S-3 to be more professional in carrying out their duties as superintendent of education, namely from control to help teacher or school's Headmaster. Supervisors in terms of supervision of the teachers need to understand the teachers prototype so that it can carry out supervision with the approach of the directive, non-directive and collaborative. Supervisors must have a strong personality in performing their duties so that teachers and principals respect him. Keyword: Directive, non-directive, collaborative, supervision
