Abstract

The creation of good communication relationships in the school environment which is reflected in the atmosphere of a harmonious and conductive relationship between school principals, teachers and school employees. The goal is to facilitate the achievement of educational goals. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 18 people using the data collection technique is a questionnaire. The results of data analysis and statistical calculations using the help of the SPSS 22 program regarding the relationship of organizational communication with job satisfaction, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between organizational communication and job satisfaction at MI Al Hidayah II Bandar Lor, Kediri City. This can be seen from the size of r count = 0.684 which is greater than r table = 0.468. In addition, it can also be shown by the value of Fcount = 14.030 which is greater than Ftable = 2.021. The relationship between organizational communication and job satisfaction at MI Al Hidayah II Bandar Lor Kota Kediri is 46.7%, and the remaining 53.3% is caused by other factors which are not the focus of discussion in this study.

Abstract

The education process of children with special education is not like implementing education in "normal" children. They must get treatment with special skills for teachers and stakeholders involved in the implementation of education. This study uses a qualitative approach. This study showed that the curriculum model applied is adjusted to the initial assessment and learning development results, including duplication, modification, substitution, and most models.

Abstract

Oral method is one way to train deaf children to be able to communicate orally (verbally) with neighborhood who heard that deaf children are required to speak demanded their participation of the people around them, involving deaf children to speak orally in every in every chance. By giving a chance to talk to them, get it implies that deaf children are motivated to get used to speak verbally deaf children get difficulties in developing spoken language because of lack or do not hear the sounds of the language, because of hearing function is not maximized, whereas deaf children generally still have residual hearing. To overcome these difficulties oral method suitable to be used.

Abstract

Abstract

Kepala Madrasah sebagai pengatur sebuah lembaga pendidikan Islam mempunyai fungsi dan peran tersendiri untuk dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya dengan baik, maka seorang pemimpin harus mempunyai sifat-sifat kepemimpinan yang baik, ideal, bijaksana dan sangat bervariasi. Tulisan ini mengupas tentang hubungan kepala madrasah dengan teman sekerja, dengan atasan, pihak atasan, disiplin kerja, keamanan dalam bekerja, tugas-tugas yang dikerjakan (terutama yang menantang) tanggung jawab dalam bekerja, supervisi atau pembinaan dari pihak atasan. Peran Kepala Madrasah sebagai pemimpin lembaga pendidikan formal mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam pemberdayaan tenaga pendidikan. Untuk itu kepemimpinannya diperlukan untuk membawa perubahan-perubahan konstruktif dalam program- program pengajaran sesuai dengan berbagai nilai dan tujuan pendidikan.

Abstract

Islamic education in Indonesia, the majority is rooted in the education model of an Islamic boarding school. In the world of pesantren, the position of the yellow book is very strategic because the yellow book is the book references and the curriculum in the education system. Nahwu and Shorrof are the initial keys to mastering the yellow book, but the problem is, many students, especially early childhood students and beginners, they find it difficult to learn Nahwu and Shorof, while the two fans are the key to being able to read the yellow book. with 3 (three) data collection techniques, namely; observation, interview and documentation. The analysis technique in this research is to use qualitative data analysis consisting of 1) data reduction; 2) data presentation, and 3) conclusions, where the process took place circularly during the study. The results showed that the preparation of the method was based on the unrest that occurred in the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School and the Al-Miftah Lil ‘Ulum method in the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School well organized, both internally and externally.
