Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of Time Pressure, Role Ambiguity, Workload, and Lack of Motivation on Employee Performance at PT XYZ. The population of this study was all of the employees at PT XYZ. 76 respondents were chosen to be the sample of this research. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The questionnaire was a 26-item likert scale, created by using google form, and distributed to the respondents via email. To analyze the data, research used multiple regression analysis as a test tool. Results showed that both Role Ambiguity and Lack of Motivation have a negative and significant influence on employee performance at PT XYZ, while the two other variables, Time Pressure and Workload don’t have any influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of compensation, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at PT. Perfect Circle Engineering. This study takes a population that is an employee at PT. Perfect Circle Engineering. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling method in the form of purposive sampling. In collecting data, researchers distributed questionnaires to respondents and the samples obtained in this study were 59 questionnaires. The tool used to analyze data is the multiple regression method. The results obtained from this study are the compensation and motivation variables individually affect the performance of employees while the organizational culture individually does not affect the performance of employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see compensation compensation, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment to employee morale. The research was conducted at PT Sorik Marapi Geothermal Power Jakarta. The number of samples taken was 70 employees, with the saturation / census sample method. Data were collected through a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Initial observations found that PT Sorik Marapi Geothermal Power Jakarta had problems related to employee morale. This condition can be seen from the high level of employee absenteeism. Based on the analysis, it is known that financial compensation, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee morale. This shows that the higher the compensation and organizational commitment, the higher the employee morale. In an effort to increase the morale of employees of PT Sorik Marapi Geothermal Power Jakarta, the company must pay attention to indicators whose average value is below the average value.

Abstract

This study examined the influence of transformational leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction of organizational commitment of PT.Global JET Express. This study involve 100 respondents as a sample, all of them are permanent employees of PT. Global JET Express. The number of respondents was determined using the nonprobability sampling technique, by purposive sampling method. Multiple regression is used as a data analysis technique and processed using SPSS 25 program. The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, while of transformational leadership and job satisfaction has no effect on job satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis obtained in this study, the management of PT. Global JET Express is expected to pays more attention to motivation experienced by employees, so that the level of organizational commitment felt by employees can increase.

Abstract

Every organization is required to move forward, develop and also survive in every condition to achieve the organization goals. Manpower is a human resource, which is an important factor in carrying out company’s vision, mission and also achieving organization goals that cannot be separated from an organization, both institutions and companies. Based on meeting with the owner of PT. X, performance appraisal of PT. X in 2019-2021 decreased and there is a research gap that examines motivation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction towards OCB. This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction towards OCB. The samples used in this research are 81 respondents of PT. X. Sampling method used in this study is saturated sample and the method for data analysis ini this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Research data is primary data collected by distributing questionnaires and using Likert scale. The results of this research showed job satisfaction has a positive effect on OCB.

Abstract

Achieving business goals has challenges and gaps that need to be addressed effectively. The business should have a plan to address these issues, including work arrangements. Based on the results of discussions with the management of PT RH. X, employee productivity scores decreased from 2017 to 2020. The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, compensation, and morale on employee performance. The object used is the company PT. X used a sample of 71 manufacturing workers who were employed using a purposive sampling technique. The Likert scale was used in the questionnaire given to each respondent. In this study, multiple linear regression was used as a data analysis method. Surveys show that organizational culture, organizational commitment, compensation and work ethic have a positive impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of work load, work environment, and job insecurity on turnover intention of employees at PT. X. The population used in this study were employees of PT. X as many as 66 employees. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling where all the employees in the population is used as a sample. The sample is 66 employees of PT. X. The technique of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing data in this study, it shows that workload has an effect on turnover intention, work environment has no effect on turnover intention, and job insecurity has no effect on turnover intention.
