Abstract

This paper examines the concept of language acquisition and its implications for language learning, in particular by dialogueing the theories of acquisition and learning put forward by experts. The problem that will be discussed in this paper is how humans acquire language and how they learn it, as humans acquire the true language that is how humans learn language, because language is an innate ability that humans have. Education and learning will tend to lose their spirit if in practice its implementation is not done based on need assessment, analysis of appropriate approaches and theories. Therefore, the concept of acquisition presented in this paper aims to provide an overview of the main framework of language learning for educators, learners/ learners discuss, so that it can contribute in determining methodological steps such as what to do to achieve the desired language learning targets.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of the application of the nondirective teaching model to the Arabic learning motivation of SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan students. This research uses quantitative methods with correlation design. The research instrument used was interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires distributed to 104 students from a total population of 245 class XI students, which then tested the validity, reliability, normality, and linearity. To find out the significance of the relationship and the effect of the nondirective teaching model with learning motivation, a correlation test, and a regression test was performed. From the calculation using the product-moment correlation coefficient formula, it is known that there is a positive and very significant relationship between the application of the nondirective teaching model with the motivation to learn Arabic class XI students at SMK Muhmmadiyah Prambanan by rxy 0.428 and the effective contribution of the application of the nondirective teaching model to language learning motivation Arabic is only 18.3% (R square 0.183) while 71.3% of students' Arabic learning motivation is influenced by other factors. Therefore, to improve the quality of learning, the application of the nondirective teaching model needs to be packaged with a variety of supportive learning methods, both for the nondirective counseling process and as well as the desired learning objectives. This is because student motivation is a variable that is influenced by various factors.

Abstract

The lack of reading motivation that occurs in students is a problem that must be taken seriously in education. Remembering that success in educating is when you have been able to change the personality of students in an understanding from those who can't to can. The focus of our research is to look at teacher methods in motivating and at the same time overcoming the lack of reading power in students at SDN 53 Kota Bima. The method we use in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study found that the reading power of students at SDN53 Kota Bima, more specifically grade 3, was still very low, although most of them were already able to read, but there was no habit of reading yet. Teachers communicate with parents to always monitor what their children are doing, provide time limits for using cellphones and make a special schedule for when to study and when to hold cellphones. The methods, methods and facilities provided are also used by educators who are very good, such as giving students freedom to choose, even with certain limitations and always watching over them.

Abstract

Kesadaran agama pada remaja merupakan bagian terpenting yang harus dipenuhi dan ada didalam diri remaja. Karena remaja merupakan pencetus generasi yang akan membawa prakdikma zaman menuju zaman yang berkualitas. Akan tetapi kesadaran agama remaja kian hari kian menipis sehingga munculah problematika kesadarann beragama pada remaja seperti kenakalan remaja, penyalaguna narkotika, maupun pelecehan seksual yang terjadi dikalangan remaja. Dengan hal ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana problematika kesadaran beraga pada remaja didesa mbuju kecematan kili, kabupaten dompu. Dalam penelitian ini megunakan metode kualitatif yaitu metode yang dilakukan dalam pengumpulan data megunakan tehknik yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi
