Abstract

The purpose of this study was to calculate how much capacity the maximum loan amount area where the Provincial Government of Lampung make loans in accordance with the Government Regulation Number 54 of 2005, and to assess the ability to pay obligations (principal + interest) loan areas do. The hypothesis proposed is the author of Lampung provincial government can borrow to finance its budget deficit area in general accordance with the rules established by the Central Government.Research methods used are observation, documentation, and interviews. While analysis tools used is the approach that is descriptive quantitative analysis. Based on the results of calculations based on Government Regulation No. 54 Year 2005 on Regional Loan that the Provincial Government of Lampung in 2005-2007 had loans Limit or 60% general revenue budget the previous year average of Rp.632.461.846.102, - and limits the maximum loan for a period of 5 (five) years, the bank rate by 10%, and 1% commitment fee can not be done, because the resulting value does not reach the DSCR of 2.5 or more. To achieve the debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) of or equal to 2.5 for a period of 5 (five) years, 10% interest, and a commitment fee of 1% loan that can be done only by an average of Rp.342.583.020.438 , - or by 36% of the general acceptance APBDt-1 in 2005-2007.

Abstract

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero)Tanjung Karang, Bandar Lampung is a company engaged in the field of passenger and freight services to and from Lampung - South Sumatra. In conducting its business PT.KAI faces a sales realization of passenger transport services have not reached the target with an average of 82.38 % of the expected target. The problems in this study is whether the motivation to work a significant effect on the performance of employees, whether working ability significantly influence employee performance, and whether the motivation and ability to work together have a significant effect on the performance of the Commercial Section employees at PT. KeretaApi Indonesia (Persero) Tanjung Karang Bandar Lampung. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performanceto determine the effect on the performance of employees working ability, and to determine the influence of motivation and ability to work together on employee performance Commercial Section at PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Tanjung Karang, Bandar Lampung. The hypothesis proposed is: work motivation significantly influence employee performance, workability significant effect on employee performance and motivation and ability to work together have a significant effect on the performance of the Commercial Section employees at PT. KeretaApi Indonesia (Persero) Tanjung Karang, Bandar Lampung.This research used descriptive research that explains the causal relationship between the variables through hypothesis testing. Respondents in this study all members of a population of 27 employees of the Commercial Section at PT.KeretaApi Indonesia (Persero) TanjungKarang, Bandar Lampung. Data collection techniques used in this study is the observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires . The analytical method used is to use the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative analysis is the interpretation of the data obtained in the study, while the quantitative analysis includes: validity and reliability, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing through t test and F.From the discussion, work motivation, ability to work, the employee's performance in the Commercial Section PT. KeretaApi Indonesia (Persero) Tanjung Karang Bandar Lampung is at a level good enough. The results of multiple regression analysis states that motivation and ability to work both partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. From the test of determination ( R2 ) can be determined that the motivation and ability of work obtained yield was 0.823 , which means the employee's performance is affected by factors of motivation and work ability by 82 % , while the remaining 18% of the employee's performance is influenced by other variables not examined in the study this. So that the hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of the quality of educational services to student satisfaction after attending the educational process, and the results of this study are used to increase student satisfaction in the future. The population of this research is the management study program students at the Faculty of Economics, Private Universities in Bandar Lampung in 2014, 2015 and 2016. Determination of the size of the sample uses the Isaac and Michael tables with a 5% confidence level and determines the sample members with stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), an analysis that combines factor analysis approaches, structural models (Structural Model), and path analysis (Path Analysis). The exogenous variable education service quality (X) consists of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Whereas endogenous variables of satisfaction (Y) are cognition, affective and psychomotor. The results showed that 1) a description of the quality of educational services according to students' perceptions as a whole including good categories.variable service quality Tangible, reliability, empathy, assurance is more important than responsiveness, 2) description of student satisfaction after attending the education process according to overall student perceptions including good categories, 3) quality of education services has a significant effect on student satisfaction, 4) policy implications indicate the need for improvement in terms of; a) cleanliness of the lecture room, b) resolve student complaints, c) handle administration quickly, d) pay attention to a controlled period of education, e) hospitality of employees in providing services.
