<![CDATA[Abstract This study discusses the DIPA budget of the regional drinking water company in Palopo City, how the influence of inhibiting factors for the disbursement of the DIPA budget on the Regional Drinking Water Company in Palopo City. How to deal with the inhibiting factors of disbursement of the DIPA budget at the Regional Drinking Water Company in Palopo City. The method used is a quantitative method with data sources used primary data through data taken directly from the object of research (field research) and secondary data through studies library research, with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires / questionnaires and interviews, data management is carried out quantitatively by analyzing data in table form by dividing data results by frequency distribution. With the number of respondents as many as 20 people. The results show that: Based on the results and analysis, there are several conclusions that the inhibiting factors and their influence on the disbursement of the DIPA Budget at the Regional Drinking Water Company in Palopo City have not been maximized. This is because on time (X2), application is hampered by the network (X3), applications that often change (X4) and the preparation of operational activities for 1 year the budget line is not made (X5) has an influence on the disbursement of DIPA (Y) budgets at Regional Company Offices Drinking Water for Palopo City, according to the multiple correlation coefficient (multiple R), the value is 0.939 or close to 1. This shows that the independent variables have a very close relationship with the disbursement of the DIPA (Y) budget at the Regional Water Company Office of Palopo City and The coefficient of determination (R squared) of 0.881 means that the size of the fifth contribution v variable X to variable Y is equal to 88.1%. In other words, there is a strong and significant influence between the five independent variables on the disbursement of the DIPA (Y) budget at the Regional Water Company Office of Palopo City. Keywords: DIPA budget Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang anggaran DIPA perusahaan daerah air minum Kota Palopo bagaimana pengaruh faktor-faktor penghambat pencairan anggaran DIPA pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum di Kota Palopo. bagaimana Solusi menghadapi faktor-faktor menghambat terhadap pencairan anggaran DIPA pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum di Kota Palopo.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan sumber data yang digunakan data primer melalalui data yang diambil langsung dari objek penelitian (field research) dan data sekunder melalui studi pustaka (library research), dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, angket/ kuesioner dan wawancara, pengelolaan data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan analisis data dalam bentuk tabel dengan cara membagi hasil data dengan distribusi frekuensi. Dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Berdasarkan hasil dan análisis maka ada beberapa kesimpulan bahwa faktor-faktor penghambat dan pengaruhnya terhadap pencairan Anggaran DIPA pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Palopo belum maksimal hal ini disebabkan karena Pengimputan rencana Kerja melalui internet (X1), penyusunan operasional kegiatan tidak tepat waktu (X2), apalikasi terhambat dengan jaringan (X3), aplikasi yang sering berubah-ubah (X4) dan Penyusunan operasional kegiatan untuk 1 tahun mata anggaran tidak dbuat (X5) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap pencairan anggara DIPA (Y) pada Kantor Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Palopo, Sesuai Koefisien korelasi berganda (multiple R) diproleh nilai 0.939 atau mendekati angka 1. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel bebas mempunyai hubungan yang sangat erat dengan pencairan anggara DIPA (Y) pada Kantor Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Palopo dan Koefisien determinasi (R squared) sebesar 0.881 ini berarti bahwa besarnya sumbangan kelima variabel X terhadap variabel Y adalah sebesar 88,1% dengan kata lain terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan antara kelima variabel bebas terhadap pencairan anggaran DIPA (Y) pada Kantor Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Palopo.Kata kunci : Anggaran DIPA]]>
