Abstract

ABSTRACT                                                         The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of the cashier's employees at the ADA Siliwangi Semarang supermarket. The study population was all employees of the cashier at the ADA Siliwangi Semarang supermarket, which amounted to 62 employees. The sample was 62 respondents with census sampling techniques. The results obtained from the hypothesis 1 (H1) test is that the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis (H1) that the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance at the cashier is proven. Hypothesis 2 test (H2) produces work motivation does not significantly influence employee performance. Thus the hypothesis (H2) that work motivation does not have a positive effect on the performance of the cashier's employees and is not proven. Hypothesis 3 test (H3) produces positive significant work discipline on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis (H3) that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance at the cashier is proven. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja. terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian kasir pada pasar swalayan ADA Siliwangi Semarang.Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian kasir pada pasar swalayan ADA Siliwangi Semarang yang berjumlah 62karyawan. Sampelnya sebanyak 62 responden dengan tehnik sampling jenuh. Hasil yan didapatkan dari uji hipotesis 1(H1) adalah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian maka hipotesis (H1) bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawanbagian kasir terbukti. Uji hipotesis 2 (H2) menghasilkan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian maka hipotesis (H2) bahwa motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian kasir dan tidak terbukti. Uji hipotesis 3 (H3) menghasilkan disiplin kerja signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.Dengan demikian maka hipotesis (H3) bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian kasir terbukti. Kata kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, leadership policies, and incentives on the performance of employees of PT. Eternal Forward Jaya Award. The population in this study were employees of PT. Anugerah Jaya Maju Abadi Semarang as many as 75 employees. The samples taken using the saturated sampling technique are 75 employees. The data analysis tool in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Eternal Forward Jaya Award. Leadership policies have a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Eternal Forward Jaya Award. Incentives have a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Eternal Forward Jaya Award. Keywords: Work Environment, Leadership Policy, Incentives and Employee Performance. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kebijakan pimpinan, dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Anugerah Jaya Maju Abadi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Anugerah Jaya Maju Abadi Semarang sebanyak 75 karyawan. Adapun sampel  yang diambil  dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu sejumlah 75 karyawan. Alat analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Anugerah Jaya Maju Abadi. Kebijakan pimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Anugerah Jaya Maju Abadi. Insentif berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline, work experience, and salary on the performance of Toko Murah Rejeki Semarang employees. The population in this study were 40 employees of the Rejeki Cheap Shop Semarang. This sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique. The number of samples used in this research was 40 employees. This research data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the tcount value being greater than the t table, namely 2.032 > 1.688, with a significance value of 0.044 < 0.05 (significant). Work experience has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the tcount value being greater than the t table, namely 2.080 > 1.688, with a significance value of 0.042 < 0.05 (significant). Salary has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the tcount value being greater than the t table, namely 2.914 > 1.688, with a sig value. equal to 0.006 < 0.05 (significant).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about the effect of facilities, service quality, and location on service user satisfaction at the Customs and Excise Service Office of the Middle Type Tanjung Emas Semarang. The population used is all service users of the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC) of the Tanjung Emas Middle Type Customs Office, Semarang. which amounted to infinity. Determination of this sample using accidental sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 40 service users. This research data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that facilities have a positive effect on service user satisfaction. This is indicated by the calculated t value that is greater than t table, namely 3.092> 1.688, with a sig. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant). Service quality has a positive effect on service user satisfaction. This is with a calculated t value of 3.913 > 1.688, with a sig. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant). Location has a positive effect on service user satisfaction. This is indicated by the t-value which is negative, namely 7.396> 1.688, with a sig. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, work attitude and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Nusa Jaya Farma Indonesia. The population of this study are employees of PT. Nusa Jaya Farma Indonesia, which has a total of 778 employees. The samples were taken using a random sampling technique, namely a number of 89 respondents. This research data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 2.246 > 1.664 with a sig value smaller than alpha, namely 0.027 <0.05, so it is significant. The regression coefficient of work discipline (β1) has a positive sign of 0.211 which means that the better the work discipline, the higher the employee performance. Work attitude has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 3.239 > 1.664 with a sig value smaller than alpha, namely 0.002 <0.05, so it is significant. The work attitude regression coefficient (β2) is positive at 0.302 which means that the higher the work attitude, the higher the employee's performance. Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 3.151 > 1.664 with a sig value smaller than alpha, namely 0.002 <0.05, so it is significant. The regression coefficient of job satisfaction (β3) is positive at 0.316 which means that the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of distribution channels, price perceptions, product availability on consumer satisfaction at PT. Arie Mulya Barutama Semarang. The population of this study was 140 customers. The samples taken using saturated sampling techniques were 140 respondents. This research data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that Distribution Channels have a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction. This is shown by the calculated t value of 4.758 >1.655, with a sig value. equal to 0.000 < 0.05 (significant). Price Perception has a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction. This is shown by the calculated t value being greater than the t table, namely 3.312 > 1.655, with a sig value. equal to 0.001<0.05 (significant). Product Availability has a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction. This is shown by the calculated t value, which is 3.953 > 1.655, with a sig value. equal to 0.000 < 0.05 (significant).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality, facilities, and location on guest satisfaction at New Puri Garden Hotel Semarang. In the increasingly competitive hospitality industry, understanding the factors that influence guest satisfaction is crucial for enhancing customer loyalty and business competitiveness. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study consisted of all guests staying at New Puri Garden Hotel Semarang, totaling 97 individuals. The sampling technique used was random sampling, where the entire population was taken as the sample, resulting in 97 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire designed based on indicators of each variable. The data analysis technique employed was multiple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of independent variables (service quality, facilities, and location) on the dependent variable (guest satisfaction). The results of the analysis show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t-value of 3.702, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.660, with a significance value of 0.005 (< 0.05). Facilities also have a positive and significant influence on guest satisfaction, with a t-value of 3.118 > 1.660 and a significance value of 0.002 (< 0.05). Meanwhile, location has the strongest influence on guest satisfaction, with a t-value of 6.468 > 1.660 and a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). Based on these results, it can be concluded that partially, the three variables—service quality, facilities, and location—have a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction. These findings indicate that improving service quality, providing adequate facilities, and choosing a strategic location are essential factors in creating a satisfying guest experience. Therefore, hotel management should prioritize the development and enhancement of these three aspects to maintain and increase customer satisfaction in a sustainable manner.
