Based on the coud from Hospital Dr.Reksodiwiryo Padang number of children who are sick in the year 2017 as much 338 children. The results of the researchers initial survey through interviews, children in hospital many are not accompanied by family consequently the child feels anxiety show by crying and anxious children also because of hospital action like taking not to want to be acted and the hospital environment, especially the treatment room that causes anxiety. The purpose of this research is to know Relationship Family Role With Anciety Level School Age Children That Experience Hospitalization At Child Inpatient Room At Hospital Dr.Reksodiwiryo Padang 2018. This type of research is the research design with analytic deskriftif Cross Sectional Study. This research was in At Child Inpatient Room At Hospital Dr.Reksodiwiryo Padang 2018. Research and data collection is carried out from March 2018 through the month of August 2018, with the number of total 160 and samples of the 30 respondents, sampling techniques using accidental sampling. The data obtained were analyzed in univariate frequency distributions with and bivariat with statistical test Chi Square. The research univariat results obtained by family role not good (56,7%) with anciety level (43,3%). Results of bivariate research based on statistical test obtained that there is a meaningful relationship family role with anciety level pvalue=0,000. Recommended to the hospital so that employess in the hospital, especially the children room pay more attention to children in the room and provide nursing care to reduce anxiety. For parents can pay more attention to children when children experience treatment in the hospital so that more comfort will be created by the child and the level of anxiety experienced by the child can be slightly controlled.

Program Indonesia Sehat Pendekatan Keluarga (PISPK) is necessary to have continuous intervention and become a integrated program at the Public Health Center (Puskesmas). The aim purposes of this activities was to analyzed The desired objectives are to optimize home visits to increase the level of family independence and to optimize the competence of nurses in writing and documentation of family nursing care plan integrated with Nanda, Noc and Nic. The implementation phase includes home visits conducted 2-4 times and carrying out cross-program activities and the evaluation phase includes recompiling and analyzed data. There are 18 heads of households who are respondents. This activity showed that home visits through providing family nursing care and education in the family gave change the family independence level. In the future, it is expected that home visits will become priority of Public Health Center (Puskesmas) activities to improve community health status, In addition, the guidelines and modules are able to increase the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and activities of nurses in the implementation of community health services which increase the use of health facilities by families and as a complement to the community health services module in order to improve the performance of Nurse in Public Health center.

Kinerja perawat pelaksana dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan di rumah sakit Reksodiwiryo di Padang belum terlaksana dengan baik, disisi lain perawat pelaksana juga kurang puas dalam bekerja. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap RS Reksodiwiryo di Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara dalam mengumpulkan data. Sampel berjumlah 70 orang perawat pelaksana yang dipilih secara Simple Random Sampling. Data dianalisis dengan uji Korelasi Pearson dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perawat pelaksana mencapai 67 %, kepuasan kerja mencapai 61 %. Kepuasan kerja berhubungan secara bermakna dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan. Kepuasan kerja terkait supervisi atasan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana. Direkomendasikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja perawat pelaksana diperlukan supervisi yang memadai.
