Abstract

Data mining is the process by which data can be searched for with interesting patterns or information with selected data used by certain methods. Problems found in selling items that are in demand and not selling are needed A method for classifying what is the best-selling and least- selling item is needed. C4.5 algorithm is an algorithm used to build a decision tree (decision preparation). C.45 algorithm is one of the decision tree induction algorithms. The goal is to optimize the C4.5 Decision Tree Algorithm with Genetic Algorithms. The use of the C4.5 Decision Tree Algorithm method yields 85.15%, while the results after being optimized using the Genetic Algorithm reach 93.09%. Thus the results of optimization of the C4.5 Algorithm Decision Tree + Genetic Algorithm can increase the accuracy value resulting in more optimal accuracy. It can be denied from the result of the predicted sales of goods reaching 37 after being optimized to 121, when the prediction results are less than 133 after being optimized to 524. Abstract

Expert systems are computer-based systems that use knowledge, facts, and reasoning in solving problems that are usually only solved by an expert in a particular field. Expert systems provide added value to technology to help deal with an increasingly sophisticated information age. This expert system application produces an output in the form of the possibility of kidney disease suffered based on symptoms felt by the user. This system also displays the magnitude of the symptom's belief in the possibility of kidney disease suffered by the user. Abstract

The aims of this study is to predict the types of hepatitis, by predicting what types of hepatitis suffered. The results of the study used the Partile Swarm Optimization (PSO) based naïve bayes algorithm and the naïve bayes algorithm based on the Genetic Algorithm (GA). The results of the accuracy of naïve Bayes without optimization are 83.08% and the AUC value is 0.826, using PSO optimization of 84.50% and AUC value of 0.883, while naïve Bayes uses GA optimization of 85.79% and an AUC value of 0.901. From this study that naïve Bayes using GA optimization got the highest accuracy value with an increase of 2.71% in predicting hepatitis.

Abstract

In this increasingly modern age, the development of science and technology is increasingly rapid, especially now that information is very rapidly spreading throughout the world. In line with this, the problems that exist in the company are also increasingly complex in everyday life. With this reality we are required to solve existing problems by utilizing technological sophistication and speed, accuracy and accuracy in providing information so that in carrying out our work we get optimal results. One of them is the use of computer technology. Sales is one of the important business activities carried out by companies to be able to obtain profits which are the main objectives of most companies. To be able to carry out sales activities well, every business owner needs to have a good and controlled system with a clear path.
