Abstract

Kombinasi faktor A level 2 (95% : 5%), faktor B level 2 (40 mesh ; 35 mesh), dan faktor C level 2 (11500c) meningkatkan kualitas kuat tekan bata ekspose menjadi kelas I (rata-rata kuat tekan = 372,111 kg/cm2).   Kata kunci:Perancangan Eksperiman, Full Factorial, Split Split Plot ABSTRACT The quality of exposed brick are currently in the second grade (average compressive strength = 267.025 kg/ cm2) means a product has not yet reached optimal quality class I (≥ compressive strength of 360 kg/ cm2). Center for Ceramic perform design of experiments using a full factorial design and split-split plot to improve the quality of the products exposed brick into class I. The results of the study showed that the factor A (composition), factor B (fineness of materials), factor C (temperature combustion), factor interactions AB, and AC interaction factors significantly affect the compressive strength. The combination of factor A level 2 (95% : 5%), factor B level 2 (40 mesh ; 35 mesh), and C level factor 2 (11500C) enhancing the quality of the compressive strength of exposed brick into class I (the average compressive strength = 372.111 kg/ cm2).
