Abstract

Today's technological advances can take advantage of the internet and their mobile devices to develop online businesses so that they can drive a wider market. The implementation of this PKM is carried out, with 1) The purpose of training for the Baitul Karim Foundation community. 2) Train the Baitul Karim Foundation community to use this social media by selling online. One of the platforms is the Tokopedia seller, one of the features found in the Tokopedia company that functions as a supporter of business actors to facilitate product marketing throughout the archipelago. As for how to register our account on Tokopedia, Tokopedia has advantages in the components of reviews and complaints (UK), certification and security (SK), product prices (HP), product descriptions (DP), and transportation (TR). This gives enthusiasm to provide workshops to several sellers or sellers by selling online through social media and several platforms such as Facebook, Instagram at the Baitul Karim Foundation.

Abstract

The development of Social Media is now very rapid where initially social media is only used as a means of communicating and pulikasi; now it becomes a media that has a broader benefit that makes social media as a means of marketing and promotion, along with the increasing internet users in the world, especially in Indonesia, currently the population of Indonesia becomes the 3rd largest Facebook user worldwide. Therefore Facebook social media becomes one of the marketing and promotional facilities that have excellent prospects today. Abstract

Perkembangan Sosial Media saat ini sudah sangat pesat dimana awalnya sosial media hanya digunakan sebagai media berkomunikasi dan pulikasi, sekarang justru menjadi media yang memiliki manfaat yang lebih luas yaitu menjadikan sosial media sebagai sarana pemasaran dan promosi, seiring dengan meningkatnya pengguna internet didunia terutama di indonesia, saat ini penduduk indonesia menjadi pengguna Facebook terbesar ke 3 di seluruh dunia maka dari itu sosial media Facebook menjadi salah satu sarana pemasaran dan promosi yang memiliki prospek yang sangat baik saat ini. Dengan memanfaatkan salah satu fitur marketplace yang ada di sosial media Facebook masyarakat Parung Serab dapat berbisnis dengan modal yang minim, waktu yang tak terbatas dan daya jangkau yang tidak hanya menjangkau skala lokal tetapi juga menjangkau skala global, Sehingga hal ini lah yang menjadi perhatian kami tim pelaksana untuk memotivasi masyarakat Parung Serab untuk menggunakan Sosial Media Facebook sebagai media pemasaran dan promosi, yaitu dengan mengajarkan penggunaan praktis sosial media facebook, strategi pemasaran di sosial media facebook hingga bagaimana cara penerapannya
