<![CDATA[Abstrak: Penerapan Diskusi Kelompok Dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Untuk Meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar Kelas IV SDS Fajar Harapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dengan menerapkan diskusi kelompok di kelas IV SDS Fajar Harapan. Masalah umum penelitian ini adalah apakah penerapan diskusi kelompok dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar kelas IV SDS Fajar Harapan?. Metode Penelitian adalah metode deskriptif, dan jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Hasil penelitian ini adalah aktivitas fisik dari 76% pada Siklus I menjadi 93% pada Siklus II, aktivitas mental mengalami peningkatan dari 70% dari Siklus I menjadi 96% pada Siklus II, sedangkan aktivitas emosional mengalami peningkatan dari 61% pada Siklus I menjadi 92% pada Siklus II dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dengan menerapkan diskusi kelompok dapat berhasil dengan baik. Aktivitas belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan baik aktivitas fisik, aktivitas mental maupun aktivitas emosional. Kata Kunci : Diskusi Kelompok, Aktivitas Belajar, Pembelajaran Pkn Abstract : The application of group discussion in the learning of Civic Education to improve study activity of the Fourth Grade students at Private Elementary School of Fajar Harapan. The research is aimed to improve the study activity on learning Civic Education subject by applying group discussion in the Fourth Grade class at Private Elementary School of Fajar Harapan. The general problem emerges in this research is whether the application of group discussion in the learning of Civic Education subject can improve the study activity of students in the Fourth Grade at Private Elementary School of Fajar Harapan?. The method used in this research is descriptive method, and the kind of research is Class Action The Research of Class Action. The result of research is the physical activity rises from 76% at 1st cyclus to 93 % at 2nd cyclus, menthal activity increases from 70 at 1st cyclus % to 96% at 2nd cyclus, emotional activity also rises from 61% at 1st cyclus to 92% at 2nd cyclus for Civic Education subject by applying group discussion system. It means that the application method is well-done and succesful in which the students experience improvement in terms of physical activity, menthal activity as well as emotional activity.
