Abstract

The job description established in organizational structure is the starting signal to know the firm work environment. If it is operated through a complex job division, the performance quality will not run maximally. This research aims to analyze the work environment through the job description given by the firm. The type of this research is a qualitative under case study approach. This research was conducted in the logistic service firm, namely Sarana Citra Adicarya (SCAc). The data were obtained from the interview, observation, and documentation. The result of this research discloses that the work environment of Sarana Citra Adicarya is less well-integrated, not on time, as well as encourages procrastination so that the employees do not enjoy the job and cannot work for a long time.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the tendency of business earnings obtained by shariah banks and detect its patterns. The sample of this research was sharia commercial banks listed in Indonesia Bank and Financial Services Authority over the period of 2010-2017. The data of financial statements were utilized in this research. The result of this research pointed out that net income during eight periods of observation has shown fluctuative result. The further result found that the value of smoothness tends to go zero. It indicated that earnings pattern in sharia banks is highly smooth.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui etos kerja pada PT Bank Syariah Mandiri kantor area Makassar. Data diperoleh dari karyawan di Bank Syariah Mandiri kantor area Makassar yang bersedia menjadi responden dengan melakukan penelitian langsung di lapangan dengan memberikan kuesioner pertanyaan kepada 60 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: variabel kepemimpinan, epelatihan dan etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel Kepemimpinan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap etos kerja. Variabel Kepemimpinan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui etos kerja.
