Abstract

Self-efficacy is defined as a human belief in its ability to adapt to every condition and situation it faces. Communication is a person's way of expressing the desired opinion according to income, the point is that good communication can create job satisfaction. Financial Compensation is compensation for services provided by employees to organizations that can be in the form of money or goods to increase the morale of employee performance. Employee performance is the key to the success of an organization that can be achieved because of the results of employee performance. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of self-efficacy, communication, and financial compensation on employee performance. The population in this study was 50 employees who worked in the Tourism Office of Gunungkidul Regency. By using a saturated sampling technique, the sample used is all employees (50 respondents). The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling. The data analysis method used is Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that: Self-efficacy and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the output where tcount> ttable. While financial compensation is not significant to employee performance, this is evidenced by the output where the tcount value is greater than the ttable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kualitas kerja pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 pegawai pada Kantor Camat Umbulharjo Yogyakarta. Data primer diambil dengan menggunakan kusioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji releabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t uji F dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulakan bahwa: (1) Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas kerja pegawai. (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas kerja pegawai. (3) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas kerja pegawai. (4) Pengaruh pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kaulitas kerja pegawai.

Abstract

This research aims to test whether transformational leadership style, compensation and work environment influence employee loyalty at PT. Pradipta Bhumi Construction. This research took samples from employees of PT. Pradipta Bhumi Construction. The sampling method is nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed directly to employees at PT. Pradipta Bhumi Construction. The number of questionnaires processed was 50 questionnaires obtained from PT employees. Pradipta Bhumi Construction. This research data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and this processing was carried out using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this research show that all independent variables can partially or simultaneously influence the dependent variable. The variables Transformational Leadership Style, Compensation, and Work Environment, individually or jointly, influence employee loyalty.
