Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini mendeskripsikan bagaimana gaya kepempimpinan seorang kepalasekolah beragama kristen pada sekolah sekuler, gambaran pada kepemimpinantersebut secara langsung maupun tidak langsung mengimplementasikan beberapa nilai-nilai Alkitabiah. Mendapatkan hasil yang otentik dan mendalam, penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dengan peran peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci. Ditemukan kesimpulan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan seorang kepala sekolah turut dipengaruhi ajaran agama yang dianutnya, dalam kontek tersebut kepala sekolah berpeluang memperkenalkan ajaran kristen yang dianutnya pada orang-orang disekitar tempat kerjanya.Katakunci :  Agama, Gaya kepemimpinan, Kepala Sekolah. Abstractthis research describes how leadership style of principal of a Christian in a seculer Schooll  and It is explained that the direct or indirect off leadership to implement values of biblical  and to get results that are authentic and profound, the research executed with the analysis of the qualitative and case study approach with the role of the researcher as the key instrument,in this study found the conclusion   or result  that leadership style of school off principal affected the teachings of religion in him believe in the context of the head of school has an opportunity to introduce of christian religion to the surrounding. Keywords: Religion, leadership style, Principal.

Abstract

This study tries to describe the Open Junior High School in performance and service to improve quality with different strengths compared to other schools. This research was conducted using qualitative methods by using approach phenomenology. This study used a combination of method triangulation needed because each data collection method has its own weaknesses and strengths. By combining at least three methods, for example participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document searches, then one method will cover each other's weaknesses so that the catch on social reality be-comes more reliable. The results of this study indicate that Open Junior High School can use various strategies in teaching and learning activities thus making the charac-teristics of Open Junior High School.
