Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the Assignment learning process, supporting factors and inhibiting factors for teachers in carrying out task assignment learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted at SD NEGERI 173168 Onan Runggu Kec. Sipahutar from April to July. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The subjects used in this study were teachers at SD NEGERI 173168 Onan Runggu Kec. Sipahutar. Data collection techniques used in this study were open questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, documentation and field notes. The result of this research is that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a very large impact on the learning process, learning that is usually done directly is now being shifted to learning to give assignments. Students feel bored and bored when carrying out learning. Learning to give assignments to elementary school age children is considered less effective. There are several factors that support teachers in the learning process of giving assignments, namely the availability of mobile phones, quotas and a stable internet network. In addition to factors that support learning to give assignments, there are also several factors that hinder teachers in learning to give assignments. The inhibiting factors include not all students have cellphones and there are still many parents who are busy working Keywords: giving learning assignments, supporting factors, inhibiting factors Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pembelajaran Penugasan, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat bagi guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran pemberian tugas selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD NEGERI 173168 Onan Runggu Kec. Sipahutar dari bulan April sampai Juli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di SD NEGERI 173168 Onan Runggu Kec. Sipahutar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket terbuka, wawancara semi terstruktur, dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pandemi COVID-19 berdampak sangat besar terhadap proses pembelajaran, pembelajaran yang biasanya dilakukan secara langsung kini digeser menjadi pembelajaran memberikan tugas. Siswa merasa bosan dan bosan saat melaksanakan pembelajaran. Pembelajaran memberi tugas pada anak usia sekolah dasar dinilai kurang efektif. Ada beberapa faktor yang mendukung guru dalam proses pembelajaran pemberian tugas yaitu ketersediaan handphone, kuota dan jaringan internet yang stabil. Selain faktor yang mendukung pembelajaran pemberian tugas, juga terdapat beberapa faktor yang menghambat guru dalam pembelajaran memberikan tugas. Faktor penghambatnya antara lain tidak semua siswa memiliki handphone dan masih banyak orang tua yang sibuk bekerja. Kata kunci: pemberian tugas belajar, faktor pendukung, faktor penghambat
