Abstract

Building portals with profile steel construction are very commonly used. However, with the potential for earthquakes in Indonesia which has a very large risk, the geometry of the portal must be given structural elements that can increase the lateral stiffness of the structure. One of the innovations to improve the lateral stiffness of the building portal is to provide a structural element in the form of a shearwall. Steel plate shearwall is one of the structural elements that serve to withstand lateral loads on a building, one of which is earthquake loads. Steel plate shearwall has a high slenderness rate. So that the lateral load will cause a large buckling problem in the shearwall plate. Corrugated steel plate is one of the innovations to solve the buckling problem. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the wave plate shape on the shearwall. This research was conducted using numerical analysis using the ANSYS program to see thebehavior and strength of the steel plate shearwall. The shearwall models analyzed are beam-column frame type, shearwall with flat steel plate, and shearwall with corrugated steel plate, which is given a static lateral load at one end. This study shows that the yield load on the beam-column frame is 1400 kN, the shearwall for the flat steel plate is 1850 kN, and the shearwall for the corrugated steel plate is 2035 kN. The corrugated plate's geometric pattern obtained an increase in yield load of 9% compared to the flat plate. The buckling pattern that occurs in the flat plate shearwall and wave plate is diagonal shear buckling in the center area of the plate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of current ratio and debt to equity ratio on price to book value through mediation of return on assets in cement sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The sample used in this study is a group of cement sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which total 5 cement companies and have been listed on the IDX in the period 2013-2017. The analytical techniques used are with linear regression equations, coefficients of determination, test F, and test T. Data is analyzed with the help of SPSS software. The results of the analysis obtained, current ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on assets have a significant effect on price to book value in the cement sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, in addition debt to equity ratio is the most dominant variable.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of efficient use and analyze the marketing strategy of economical rattan. This research was conducted in the village of Tumpung Laung I and the village of Montallat II, North Barito Regency. Sampling using purposive sampling and saturated sampling (census). Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is using SWOT and descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the research, the people of Tumpung Laung I and Montallat II used the economical rattan type . The community makes economical rattan as income by harvesting and collecting rattan which is sold to collectors in the form of raw rattan and the community also uses economical rattan as a raw material for making rattan crafts. The economical rattan marketing strategy in Tumpung Laung I lies in quadrant III or in a strategic position to minimize weaknesses to take advantage of opportunities or in the WO strategy. The suitable marketing strategy in Tumpung Laung I is a turn-around strategy, while the economical rattan marketing strategy in Montallat II is located in quadrant I or in a very profitable strategic position, namely because it has opportunities and strengths so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities or on SO strategy, from the analysis of the suitable marketing strategy in Montallat II is an aggressive strategy.
