Abstract

Pre Project Sales system is the selling before the property was constructed in which the property is in still in the form of imagesor concepts. The objective of this writing is to discuss and explore more in order to know how the certainty and legal protectionprovided by the Government to the customers in pre project sales. The method used library research related to the rules and lawsand the collected data was analyzed descriptively. The conclusion is that the developer can be put in court in case of the purchaseagreement issued by the developer is failed to the reality of the pre-project sales system agreed.
