Abstract

This study examined variables that predict employee turnover intentions. Influence of trust in the organization as a mediator variable in this relationship was also examined. Questionnaires completed by 380 employees of the companys operating divisions garment. Hierarchical regression analysis used to test this relationship. The results was supported the hypothesis, the result states that in order to enhance the trust of employees in the organization and to reduce turnover intentions, garment companies needs to maintain the continuity and development of training programs, conduct a formal  and fair appraisal system , provide a clear and adequate career progression for employees. Suggestions and limitations for future research are also given.

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to hnow inforrnation qualityfactor influence, involvement of consumer, management support from, impact to organizational consumer and size to performance sIA banking in Surakarta. Resemeher applies primary data with population of all manager at banking in Surakarta. Audition of samplewithpurposive sampling. Data analytical technique applied is validity test and reliability test, classic assumption test, doubled regression analysis, test t, F test, and coeficient ofdetermination. Result ofresearch indicates that quality of information, irwolvement of consurner, ntanagement support from, impact to consunter in/luential positive to accounting information system performance at banking in Surakarta. While organizational size had an effect on negativity to accounting information system pedormance at banhing in Surakarta.Keyword: Accounting information system, involvement and banking

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan komunikasi pada kinerja karyawan di CV. Anugrah Garmindo. Sebuah model pengembangan manajemen menguji pengaruh antara variabel konstruk. Model ini menguji pengaruh antara variabel kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan komunikasi pada kinerja karyawan di CV. Anugrah Garmindo. Hasilnya menunjukkan ada hasil yang cukup signifikan pada model penelitian ini. Koefisiennya menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan positif pada kinerja karyawan. Keterbatasan penelitian ini meliputi metodologi laporan ini sendiri yang mengukur data persepsi dengan serangkaian kuesioner. Terdapat aplikasi praktis bagi para pimpinan di lingkungan CV. Anugrah Garmindo untuk meningkatkan perhatian pada disiplin kerja karyawan secara periodik dan mempertahankan komunikasi yang sudah baik dengan mengadakan evaluasi secara berkala untuk menilai sikap dalam bekerja sehingga kinerja karyawan meningkat. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, komunikasi, kinerja ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to investigate leadership, work discipline, and communication and their impact on the employee’s performance. A management development model examines the impact among the measurable constructs. The model explores the impact among leadership, work discipline, and communication on employee’s performance in CV. Anugrah Garmindo. The results indicate there is a goodness of fit for research model. The coefficient explained that the leadership, work discipline, and communication have positive and significant impact to employee’s performance in the management model. The limitations include the self-report methodology that measures perceptual data with a series of questionairre items. There are practical applications for management development specialists and the model supports an environment in which leaders are encouraged to increase their ability to give more attention to their employee’s work discipline and it will increase the employee’s performance.
