Abstract

As a Muslim sometimes it is not always an easy thing to do with his worship, and it may be that the situation is outside of his widowed, for example, the many difficulties he faced, hard work and difficult to avoid it, there is an equitable and thorough incident or in the situation ‘umum al-balwa, Islam is the religion of shaalihun li kulli zaman wal makan (religion that always corresponds to the development of time and place) has a specific mechanism and principle in establishing the law and assessing every situation faced by a Muslim and all acts Horn in the exercise of worship to Allah SWT, Islam has also given a solution in every problem he faced for the benefit of human life in order to worship Allah SWT. Abstract

The religion of Islam revealed by Allah SWT has a goal, namely to realize the benefit of human life individually and in society. So are the laws. Islamic law emphasizes the final goal, which is to realize the human benefit. This function can include social engineering functions. Islamic law is produced to realize the benefit and progress of the community. To realize this and in a larger capacity, it can be through the siyasa syariyyah process, with the product of qanun or legislation, changes for a better purpose. This means that it is very likely to change if the consideration of the benefits for the community arises. Broadly speaking, the nature and characteristics of Islamic law are Arrabbaniyah (Divinity) Asy-Syumûl (Universal) al-Jam'u Baina al-Murûnah wa Tsabath (Combining flexibility and stability), Al-Yusru wa Raf'u al-Haraj fî as -Syariah al-Islâmiyah (Islamic Shari'a makes it easy, and eliminates difficulties).Keywords: Evaluation, Accuracy of Distance Learning Media Selection.

Abstract

In the perspective of Islamic Law, there is a provision whereby a person is allowed to do a prohibited act that is justified by sharia, one of which is ikrah, there are many Islamic laws related to ikrah and its division, maudu' about ikrah is one of the reasons for leniency in Islamic law, ikrah (forced circumstances) that is a person who is forced to do an act that he does not serve or likes. All these actions are done solely to protect himself from the force, which will result in danger to his safety or his limbs. Keywords: Coercion, Islamic Law
