Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the poverty rates in the Regencies and Cities of South Sulawesi Province. This type of research is applied research with secondary quantitative data. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) including population data; PDRB per capita; AMH, AHH, and the poverty rates of Regencies and Cities in South Sulawesi in 2019. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the population, per capita GRDP, AMH and AHH simultaneously affect the poverty rates of Regencies and Cities in South Sulawesi. Whereas, partially per capita GRDP variable and AMH variable significantly influence the poverty rates of Regencies and Cities in South Sulawesi. With the coefficient of determination each variable has a contribution to the poverty rate of 57.7% and the remaining 42.3% is influenced by other indicators not yet examined. The suggestions for the improvement and development of subsequent research is by adding other variables that can affect poverty rates. With the hope that there will be efforts from all parties, especially the local government, to present superior programs, for example the UMKM development program that can reduce poverty and have an impact on people's welfare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan literasi keuangan syariah berdasarkan gender (Studi Kasus Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Palopo Angkatan 2016-2017). Dengan menggunakan Uji Mann Whitney Wilcoxon dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 162 responden. Dengan teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive Sampling. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan uji mann whitney wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan literasi keuangan syariah mahasiswa berdasarkan gender Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Palopo Angkatan 2016-2017. ini mengindikasikan bahwa gender yang berbeda tidak menentukan adanya perbedaan literasi keuangan syariah mahasiswa.

Abstract

Manajemen Keuangan pribadi perlu dilakukan oleh setiap individu termasuk mahasiswa. Namun, tidak semua individu terbiasa melakukan manajemen keuangan pribadi. Manajemen keuangan pribadi pada mahasiswa diduga dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan keuangan keuarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pendidikan Keuangan Keluarga Terhadap Manajemen Keuangan Pribadi Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Andi Djemma Palopo Pada Masa Covid-19. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Populasinya adalah Mahasiswa Konsentrasi Keuangan Angkatan 2019 dan 2020 aktif yang berada di Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Andi Djemma Berjumlah 75 orang, kriteria penarikan sampel adalah semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pendidikan keuangan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen keuangan pribadi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Andi Djemma Palopo Pada Masa Covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work enthusiasm on employee performance at the SAMSAT Office of Palopo City. The background of this research stems from the importance of improving employee performance to support the effectiveness and efficiency of public services, especially in government agencies that provide direct services to the community. One of the efforts to improve employee performance is to understand and pay attention to internal factors such as work discipline and work enthusiasm. Work discipline involves adherence to rules, responsibility in completing tasks, and punctuality. Meanwhile, work enthusiasm reflects the motivation, enthusiasm, and commitment of employees toward their duties. Both of these factors are believed to significantly influence the productivity and quality of employees’ work. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population in this study consists of all 40 employees of the SAMSAT Office of Palopo City, and the sampling technique used is total sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the simultaneous and partial effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The F-test was used to determine the simultaneous effect, the t-test for partial effects, and the coefficient of determination (R²) to measure the contribution of the independent variables to the dependent variable. The results show that work discipline and work enthusiasm simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (significance value = 0.001). However, partially, only work enthusiasm has a significant effect on performance (significance value = 0.004), while work discipline does not show a significant effect (significance value = 0.148). The coefficient of determination of 43.6% indicates that the two independent variables explain nearly half of the variance in employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing work enthusiasm through increased motivation, performance appreciation, and the creation of a positive work environment.
