Abstract

The article explains about the effect of modal intelektual on financial performance and growth of third-party funds as a moderating variable. Modal intelektual is measured by the Value Added Modal intelektual (VAICTM) method, financial performance is measured by return on equity (ROE). The population of this research is banking companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. The technique used in determining the sample is purposive sampling with a total of 200 observations at banking companies. The analytical technique used in this research is Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The hypothesis is accepted if the probability value is 0.05. The results of this study indicate that: (1) modal intelektual has no effect on financial performance, (2) growth of third-party funds strengthens the influence of modal intelektual on financial performance, (3) growth of third party funds does not moderate the effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence of beauty vlogger on consumer purchase intention through the promotion of perfume product. This research is a quantitative analysis with a sample of 100 respondents, who live in Jakarta and Bekasi and have used perfume products which are promoted by certain beauty vlogger (Rachel Goddard). The sample method is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect because the influence of beauty vlogger is greater than promotion. The benefit of this research for Perfume Products is to increase consumer buying interest through promotion by beauty vlogger.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the impact of product quality and price on consumer happiness for Camel Mild Option Purple Cigarettes by PT Japan Tobbaco International in Bandung. This research is a quantitative research with 56 respondents. To ensure sample information using a questionnaire on a google form by scattering it online. Information obtained using SPSS 26 using the multiple linear regression analysis method. Information analysis using multiple linear regression, correlation experiments, verification experiments, partial experimental analysis with t experiments and f experiments (simultaneously) proves that product quality affects purchase decisions, price affects purchase decisions, on the other hand product quality and price in a similar way affect to purchase decisions.
