Abstract

This study aims to: determine whether leadership affects the performance of employees of Bank BTPN KCP Blitar, find out whether communication affects the performance of employees of Bank BTPN KCP Blitar, find out whether leadership and communication together affect the performance of employees of Bank BTPN KCP Blitar. The object of this research is all employees of Bank BTPN KCP Blitar. The data in this study were taken from the results of questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data type with data sources namely primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the leadership variable partially had a significant effect on the employee performance variable. The communication variable partially has no significant effect on the employee performance variable. Leadership and communication variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance variables

Abstract

This research focuses on investigating the consideration of Juventus FC management for recruiting Cristiano Ronaldo related to human capital invest and outcomes context. Most of theory used in this research is about human capital invest and result or outcomes by Burud and Tumolo. It is descriptive research because it seeks to understand fenomena. The scope of this research is about financial and the subjects skills that deliver advantages for Juventus FC management. The result of this result shows that Juventus FC management consideration for investing the player are his skills, achievements, and market value. Then the outcomes are increasing Juventus stock, tickets and t-shirt sold out, attracting sponsors, and prize of the competition followed.

Abstract

This research is focused to investigate the way of Vice Village Chief of Kademangan district which has responsibility in governmental affair to resolve conflict about the citizenship documentation of susceptible citizen. This research uses qualitative approach and concerns to fenomenologi area. The data is taken from unstructured interview and literature studies. The result show that conflict resolving model includes problem identification, consultation, meeting and constructing team, sosialiszation to the chief of neighborhood association, taking the data, processing data, separating the document, and evaluation as well as monitoring.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the pattern of implementing the 'ngabdi' system applied to the Bahrul Mahfiroh Islamic Boarding School in the context of HRM. This research is actually focused on the development of human resources in the Islamic boarding school Bahrul Maghfiroh Malang. This is very interesting because there is an integration between pesantren culture and HRM theory which is carried out in the economic and business spheres. In addition, acculturation of human resource development theory and Islamic boarding school culture is also discussed in this study. One of the ways to serve the pesantren is to increase the quality of the output of the students. The method used is a qualitative approach and is included in the descriptive scope because it describes the phenomena that occur in this study. The Miles and Huberman approach model is adopted for the data analysis technique performed. The results prove that 'ngabdi' also applies the HRM theory even though several factors are acculturated with the wisdom of the pesantren itself. In general, the implementation pattern of service in Bahrul Maghfiroh applies the HRM theory starting from recruitment, training, compensation, and termination of employment, although there are modifications according to the needs of the pesantren

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the economic development of the people through the business unit owned by the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School, Malang City. In addition, researchers also want to know the strategy for implementing business unit management during the COVID-19 pandemic. The literature review used refers to the concepts of modern entrepreneurship integrated with Islamic boarding schools. The method used to analyze the data is using the Cresswell model, because it will be easier to find and group research results related to the themes and sub-themes of business unit development. The results that can be concluded from this study are 2 philosophies (main reasons) for the establishment of a business unit at Pondok Pesantren Bahrul Maghfiroh Malang, namely as an education for students to be independent and as a tool to support the welfare of the pesantren (santri). Second, the choice of the type of business that already exists because of the opportunities and potential of the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school in Malang which can be developed for the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school in Malang. Third, maximizing digital marketing and direct marketing is a strategy to anticipate the weakening of the economy during the pandemic at the Bahrul Maghfrioh Islamic Boarding School, Malang. Finally, the result of the business unit at the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School is the realization of the vision and mission of the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School in Malang, which is to become a boarding school that has good facilities at a low cost.
