Abstract

With the COVID-19 pandemic, people are afraid to meet other people because they are afraid of getting infected, as well as people who work as tellers, where these tellers meet other people every day. In order to reduce the fear and worry of the people, the idea emerged to design a desk organizer equipped with ultraviolet-C where this ultraviolet-C light can also kill COVID-19 with a certain spectrum. The study was carried out by conducting interviews with several tellers and the conclusion was that there was still not much use of ultraviolet-C rays in banks to sterilize goods, where cleanliness of goods was very important during this COVID-19, the use of ultraviolet-C rays is still being used. to check the authenticity of the money. The innovation that he wants to produce is the use of ultraviolet-C rays that can sterilize goods where there are still not many uses of ultraviolet-C rays in banks. On the other hand, tellers also need a desk organizer so that the table is always neat, therefore the innovation is designed, namely a desk organizer equipped with a slot to sterilize goods using Ultraviolet-C rays with the aim of not only keeping the table tidy, it can also be used to disconnect the chain of spread of COVID-19 that can stick to goods.

Abstract

The phenomenon of K-Pop is growing rapidly, especially among Indonesian teenagers. Fans have active and participatory culture to support idols. One of the most favorite activities is watching concerts, so they can express their fanaticism by using various attributes. Due to the various kinds of equipment, such as lightstick to power bank, fans cannot enjoy the concert. This can be proven from the experience of fans when watching concerts who have trouble carrying equipment. The purpose of this research is to design a product that can help K-Popers in carrying concert equipment in a practical, comfortable, and expressive way. Qualitative methods were carried out by interviewing K-Pop fans who have watched concerts. Quantitative methods were carried out by questionnaires to know the designs that fans liked. From the research, known that bags, lightsticks, and cellphones are products that most often cause problems. Abstract

The solution to the problem of environmental sustainability is increasingly urgent due to the growing number of consumers which is exacerbated by the use of raw materials for the manufacture of products that are not environmentally friendly. Therefore, the demand for environmentally friendly products or bioproducts has recently become increasingly popular and has become a challenge for manufacturers to increase production and innovation, especially in the footwear sector. One of the innovations that can be used to support the bioproduct mission is the use of material fiber derived from plant waste in the form of cellulose from empty palm oil bunches which has characteristics resembling synthetic leather. The research is supported by the results of a literature study that has been carried out as well as observations in the form of experiments testing several upper materials for resistance and moisture to testing cellulose materials in the sneaker product section. The experimental results show that cellulose materials can support the application of several anatomical parts of upper sneakers with supports in the form of a combination of materials such as cowhide, synthetic materials and corduroy fabrics as supports for cellulose materials. The results of the research are expected to raise awareness among users about the use of sustainable and recyclable materials that can be applied to fashion styles that can compete with non-bioproducts.

Abstract

Perasaan cemas sebenarnya adalah reaksi alami tubuh yang dapat membuat kita menjadi berhati-hati atau waspada. Meskipun demikian, kecemasan yang berlebihan menjadi tidak sehat hingga sulit dikontrol, bahkan dapat mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari. Resiko gangguan kecemasan yang dihadapi perempuan meningkat oleh karena beberapa faktor utama, antara lain faktor perkembangan, sosial, dan reproduksi. Reaksi atau gejala kecemasan yang paling sering muncul akan membuat individu tidak mampu bersikap atau bahkan beristirahat dengan tenang. Hal ini disebabkan oleh ketegangan motorik sehingga anggota tubuh tertentu pada individu tidak bisa diam yang akhirnya berujung pada aktivitas fidgeting. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mencari unsur desain berupa bentuk yang sesuai untuk perancangan perhiasan fidget wanita agar penyaluran gejala kecemasan dapat berguna untuk mengurangi keluhan dari kecemasan khususnya pada wanita. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan metode observasi aktivitas fidgeting untuk mengetahui arah gerakan seperti apa yang umumnya dilakukan saat merasa cemas atau gugup. Hasil dari observasi akan menghasilkan bentuk stilasi yang dapat menjadi pedoman dalam desain untuk perancangan perhiasan fidget wanita.
